If I could give a no star rating for the phone calll I just had, I would. I had the worst customer service experience with your representative , Cory. I called this location to get understanding why my appointment was canceled. He started talking over me, he wouldn't even let me get my question out. So rude & disgusting that you have this person answering the phones. I would have been opened to reschedule at this location, however it only seems to only be a 1 way communication here. I am so disappointed at the service that I just received. He's telling me I didn't have an appointment at all. Helloo, I did have an appointment, the office canceled it. Which is the reason why I'm calling to get an understanding.

I would love to keep this place a secret. That would be selfish. Thank you Dr. K. for taking good care of my husband and myself. Keep up the good work team Merrillville. We were very happy with the cleanliness, politeness, wait time, time with Dr. K., and thoroughness in which she cared for our eyes. Fortunately, she saw areas where our aging eyes needed more help so she gave us referrals to handle the issues. We are thankful we went in and did not delay. - Update - Those referrals led to eye drops for two months to help us with our individual issues at our perspective referrals. My issue led me back to Dr K so that she could check how much better my eyes are and I can now pick the beautiful new frames I had my eye on.

I visited your store in Merriville IN. I had the pleasure of Your associate Cory waiting on my husband and me. He has great customer service skills and he is very knowledgeable about the services you provide. We look forward to returning there for our next pair of eyewear. He was very friendly and professional.

Great place for an eye exam! The doctor was efficient and made the whole process easy. Shnail was absolutely amazing -- her customer service was outstanding and she went above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend!

booked an appointment a few days in advance. I wasn't notified that my appointment had been cancelled until I arrived. First, they mixed me with the wrong person saying they left a voicemail and text. I replied that I didn't receive a text or call and then she read off someone else's number. I told her "that's not me" and she finally found me in the computer and her facial expression seemed as if she wasn't even aware I was scheduled for today.. honestly, seemed like she made the mistake of not contacting me and didn't want to take accountability for it so she made up a lie saying my voicemail was full. I checked my missed call logs and no missed call from anyone yesterday. To add to that, where was my text or email like the first person you mentioned received? I drove across town for this appointment.. there was a lack of communication and poor accountability and I will not be wasting my time or money here.

Cory and Christy were absolute delights! Very social, caring and fun! I definitely enjoyed my visit here today versus past experiences with midwest consultants (they are 0 put of 10)

Every employee I encountered went above and beyond with friendliness. Warm welcomes. Smiles. Very kind, patient, and considerate. The doctor shared info with me I had never heard and was very appreciative of her explaining the images of the vessels in my eyes. Then Shnai helped me pick out my first pair of Ray Bans and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and kindness at this location!

Frances. Wonderful employee! She was very patient and splendid to speak with! She made my day brighter by connecting with me over Harry Potter! Thanks to her, I now have a glasses case Harry Potter themed! Amazing employee and I hope to see her again for my next visit!
