Candace was a life saver! My son is not only opinionated as can be, but he's autistic and was picking his first pair of glasses. Candace was able to point us in the right direction whist giving my son time and space to make his own decision without feeling pressured. She was patient and a comforting presence during the whole experience. We can't wait to pick up his glasses and schedule the rest of the family's eye exams. 10/10 will be coming back!

The staff was very helpful and the doctor clearly communicated instructions and helped me update my prescription. Annabell especially was very sweet to work with! Will definitely be coming back. Edit: initially this was a five star review because I was impressed with the friendly staff. But after getting my prescription wrong and calling them multiple times, I have not been called back to schedule a follow up. I live outside of town so couldnt pop in within their 30 day window. Unfortunately I will not be returning. Edit on my edit: This went from a five start, to two star, to four star review. I had a hard time getting into contact with the store for a follow up, but once I left a review, they contacted me and quickly got me scheduled for another exam, updated my prescription, and delivered my glasses free of charge. I am satisfied with their follow through and thank them for getting back to me.
