O-M-G! What a great experience. I recently moved back to Indiana. My mom asked me to take her for her annual exam. I needed a new doctor in this area and decided to go with her. Dr. B was very professional but also friendly. I see why my mother wanted to come back to this office. The ladies at this office are so sweet. Mariann was so attentive to my mother and made sure she was very comfortable. She is a Gem however Nikki was definitely a GOAT. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best glasses. I always say if you have to wear glasses everyday makes sure, they are cute! She also made sure I didn't have to break the bank. Nikki it was so fun picking out new frames with you! I know I will enjoy them.

Amazing, it was Nikki for me! she is the absolute best. First of all her energy is definitely needed in that office, very bright and upbeat. She helped me and my husband get a bunch of frames that we were overdue for but would have never got if it wasn't for her. Thanks Nikki for just being you, you could tell you're genuinely great energy and love what she does. I can't wait to get my frames she helped me pick some fire ones that fit me perfectly! And I can't wait to see my husband in his. I'll be sure to bring the rest of my family back. She's definitely the GOAT of the glasses game for me now, I won't be anywhere else.

My appointment was promptly at 3 pm, and after completing the necessary paperwork, I was swiftly taken to the examination area. MariAnn conducted my preliminary examination with great care and thorough explanations. Dr. Patel's professionalism was exceptional, providing detailed explanations during the examination without making me feel rushed. It was evident that Dr. Patel maintains a positive relationship with her staff, as she was casually interacting with them at the front desk upon my arrival. Yolande, the manager, was a delight to speak with, exuding professionalism and a cheerful demeanor. Nikki efficiently assisted me with the measurements of my lenses, offering clear explanations of any additional costs and valuable recommendations. The entire staff deserves a perfect score for their outstanding service and for not pressuring me into purchasing any unnecessary products. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by all of you. Thank you for exceeding my expectations.

I had a great experience with My Eye Dr in Merrillville. I almost went to thwir Valpo location, but the customer service here is so wonderful that I think I will have to keep coming back. Dr. B was very patient with me, and also very understanding when I explained my situation. Mariann and Yolande are SO sweet and they truly do follow HIPPA guidelines to a tee. Appreciate them both. Lastly, a huge shoutout to Nikki for being an absolute GOAT (Greatest of All Time) and helping me pick out the cutest glasses that suit my face shape. I always struggle with that but she made it work and made me feel super comfortable. Love this team!

Dr Balogh, Mariann, and Yolanda are all so Amazing!!! They were all so patient, kind, caring, generous, understanding, and uplifting. Iris was awesome. First time ever was I given a choice of bifocal progressive being larger. I chose the middle and hope I will be able to read music or books with more than one line being in focus.

I had a great experience at myeyedr in merrillville. The 3 ladies that assisted me were friendly and had great customer service skills. The eye doctor was friendly and he was very knowledgeable. I will go back to their establishment every time I need eye exams and or glasses.. THANKS
