Deen-Gross Eye Centers

Yesterday, Dr. Gross completed cataract surgery on my second eye. He is an amazing and caring ophthalmologist! I have damage from neck surgeries preventing me from lying flat in the surgery room. Dr. Gross was so cautious in making sure my neck was propped with towels, and he very carefully held my head in place while the towels were adjusted. I was very comfortable with no pain during the procedure. Someone from his office called before the end of the day each time to ensure all was going well. They checked my vision in both eyes today and I may not need glasses at all once I'm totally healed. . His office staff are also very kind, polite and cheerful. They have a great system in place as the wait time is extremely minimal. Thank you Dr. Griss for being top notch! I appreciate you so much!! I highly recommend Deen Gross to anyone who is in search of an excellent ophthalmologist! Thanks also to Methodist Hospital staff for the excellent care provided!

Dr Gross and the Surgical team were awesome!!! I had cataracts removed at Lake Park this week and can't believe how they made it look easy. I notice a great improvement in my overall vision and look forward to it getting better as my eyes heal. I recommend Deen/Gross Eye Center

After searching for 5 years to find a facility that I felt comfortable to remove my cataracts, I was blessed to be referred to Deen Gross Eye Center. It has now been serval weeks since I had the light adjustable lenses implanted in my eyes. The only thing I can say, "Amazing!!!"The staff is awesome. The office is clean and organized. The costs were competitive and fair. And the Dr. actually knew his field and has great bedside manor too. I 100% recommend this facility for any eye procedures you need.

I have been going to dr Nelson 2-1/2 years. Can't say enough great things. He is considerate, kind, compassionate. He works with me and a lot of issues I have with medication reactions. I am very pleased with his expertise. Will be having cataract surgery done few weeks and he has worked with me regarding eye drops. I appreciate Suzanne in surgery center. She is so comforting and eases any nervousness about the surgery. In my travels not many doctors out there like Dr Nelson. And one final note. I'm not a fan to go to eye doctors. Been going since young age so someone make me feel comfortable that's a win win!! Shirley.

I have been going to Dr. Gross for many years. He has been treating my Glacoma. He also did my cataract surgery. Last week I got a script for my first eye glasses, I normally would have walked by, but decided to look for glasses in optical dept. on site. (I did so, because my husband has been very unhappy with glasses from the mall.) So very glad I did. I liked that there wasn't a thousand glasses to choice from. Yet their selection was more than enough. I told the salesperson what I was looking for and she helped me find the perfect pair. Even my husband found a pair of frames for the next time he needs new glasses. I picked up my new glasses today and I'm very happy with the fit. I also felt the price I paid was fair. For years we have been walking past the optical dept. after our Dr. Gross office visits. NEVER AGAIN.The girls were very helpful and maybe you to will find the perfect pair like I did. So stop and look. P.S. WOW! I can see everything so clearly now. I have been in awe all day.

I recently had LASIK performed by Dr. David Gross, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! The staff at his office were incredibly knowledgeable and kind, making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. If you are thinking about getting LASIK, I couldn't recommend a better place to get it done.

WOW. Where do I even begin?! I'll start off with the most detail.... Ready? FOR THE FIRST TIME IN OVER 20 YEARS, I CAN OPEN MY EYES AND SEE.... PERFECTLY. No more fumbling for my glasses (praying that I didn't roll onto them while I slept or that one of my kids didn't pop a lense out), fishing my overly dry contacts out of my very sensitive & dry eyes, I can wake up & JUST SEE! Was I extremely nervous to trust someone with my eyesight even though i have 2 young children that i need to watch grow up? YES. I did do my research, & more importantly, I trusted the word of someone who knows Dr. Deen Gross personally & professionally. The entire office, while busy as all great offices are, was run like a well oiled machine. The techs, doctors, receptionists, & other support staff work so well together, & keep your appointment flowing very smoothly. The surgery itself was pain-free & extremely fast. No general anesthesia, I wasn't even the slightest bit uncomfortable where I would need a tylenol or anything. It seriously feels too good to be true! Special shout out to Beverly, the surgery coordinator, for her professionalism & thoroughness in getting my procedure scheduled & completed without any trouble, for always returning my calls, & answering all my questions. Another shout out to Dr. Taffora for being one of the most kind, genuine, & trustworthy people i have ever met. Had I not trusted her & her advice, I wouldn't have had the courage to make the best decision I have EVER made for myself. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. Dr. Gross, Dr. Taffora, & the entire staff & surgical staff at Deen Gross Eye Center were absolutely wonderful! Thank you all!!!!
