I had an issue with the new prescription on my new glasses. I called the wellness center in Merrillville and told them what was happening and they told me to bring them back to them and they would send them out to get redone. I just got them back today and so far they are good! I can see much better now and I seem to have gotten past the chronic "fish bowl" effect I was having... thank you very much for your help!!

My wife and I went there and the people were fantastic, But I am VERY DISAPPOINTED Because I can Never get a hold of them on the phone, been trying to pick up our glasses for over three months. You can't get a direct phone call through anytime !! It is over 2 1/2 hours to get there ,I even stopped there and asked the Wellness center to PLEASE give them our phone number so we could talk to them about picking up our glasses, AND of course No phone call !!!!!!
