The doctor that examine my eyes was great. But the lady who checked me out horrible never applied my insurance and when looking over my receipt I was over charged 120$ now I'm awaiting a call from the manager for a refund. I kept telling her this sounded incorrect but she proceeded to say this is the price. I felt race played a major part thinking I couldn't afford my contact lens purchase instead of treating everyone equally.
Make sure your payment is correct when making a purchase. The staff member didn't know what she was doing and had a lot of incorrect information regarding my insurance.

They answered all my questions and told me if I had any questions don't hesitate to call. I haven't been to an establishment in awhile where the entire staff was great..

Please do not visit this location. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. During our visit, they were complaining about their salary and having to complete custodial job duties in front of client!
The location in Highland is VERY professional, and they greet you when you walk through the door. Make sure you review your receipt also before leaving, to ensure you are getting what you paid for. I ended up going to the location in Highland after this location messed up our order. Save yourself some time and money and don't visit this location, you will regret it!

I've seen Dr. Michael Bertucci twice at this Visionworks, and both experiences left me uncomfortable -- the second visit was worse than the first.
During my exam, his demeanor felt controlling and overly commanding, and he repeatedly spoke to me in a condescending, "talking to a child" tone instead of like an adult patient. He also kept stopping to correct my wording about lenses and went on and on about it, even though it wasn't necessary or helpful -- it felt more like he wanted to prove a point than provide patient care.
Even small moments were handled poorly. When I needed to wash my hands before putting in contacts, he kept directing me to the sink in a way that felt demeaning, like I should be a mind reader.
I'm all for education and professionalism, but this was not that. The bedside manner and customer service were disappointing, and I won't schedule with him again.

Absolutely worst place! Showed up early just to wait 30 minutes. Not professional staff. Not professional doctors. I recommend Moses Eye Care 5 stars every single time. Get treated like a celebrity at Moses Eye Care!!!
