Doctor James, Doctor Coleman and their Staff work really great with Dementia Patience People. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a cataract surgery. My Husband vision has so much approved after he had his cataracts surgery. Thank you Doctor James and Doctor Coleman.

Worst schedule and poor time management. My mother's cataract surgery was scheduled for 12:15pm we arrived 30 minutes early. Was told there's a 4-5 hour wait process for cataract..Been here over 5 hours and we are still waiting. They charged her $30 for an exam that she said she didn't want (I was present), she just had that same exam less than a year ago. I've witnessed senior citizens arrive for an appointment and they said they didn't have an appointment & the patient pulled out their reminder card with date & time. And they told her they would have to reschedule her. I waited over an hour in the lobby for a scheduler-named Ashley to come talk with me about rescheduling her next eye cataract surgery. She came out, got my name, my mother's name and date of birth and 30 minutes later, she still didn't get back with me. Most people I've spoken to today about their experience with having cataract surgery at other eye surgery clinics, is it's less than an hour procedure.. 5 hours and 50 minutes and I'm still waiting. This is so unacceptable. This place is so mismanaged and so dysfunctional.

The Receptionist. that checked in my brother for his appointment. I believe her name was Rachel. She was very Nice and Friendly. seem to have care and concern about my brother. His appointment was scheduled next month.But I called them , and told Them about my brother's situation. And they got him in right away. He was very pleased With the staff. Thank you , and I will recommend to somebody else

First and foremost, I absolutely love this facility. The staff is top-tier Rachel at the front desk is so super amazing and phenomenal, always so polite and loving. Halie Is such a beautiful lady and such a bright spirit always great conversation always takes good care of me and my husband. Brooke is so sweet always so bubbly and helpful. The business manager Shyra is so helpful and amazing, always gets us right. Also last, but not least miss Ashley always compliments me always is so polite and organized, Very helpful To us and the doctor. Ashley has such a bright light that follows her everywhere such a beautiful smile and welcoming spirit, such a sweetheart. I absolutely love this facility and would recommend it to anyone that needs eye care. The entire staff is amazing always so helpful and accommodating.

At the first appointment, they said I was not scheduled. They quickly had my son seen and reviewed despite "not having an appointment". I gave them all our insurance information and they told me it could take up to 3 months for insurance approval because my son needed surgery. 3 months pass and I get no call. I call back and was told they needed more info. Was told this after 3 months, and I had to reach out to find out they needed more information. I picked up the paperwork, filled it and returned within a week and I gave this directly to Ashley the scheduler. Another month I call and no return call. I keep calling and leave many messages waiting to hear from Ashley their scheduler. I talked to the receptionist many times but couldn't reach Ashley. Ashley was incredibly unprofessional because I was assured she got my messages. So then we scheduled with Price from Indianapolis and was seen, scheduled surgery and done within a month.

Dr. Coleman and his staff are the best everyone is very friendly and efficient. Dr. Coleman will always answer your questions and spend time explaining your issues to you. I am so thankful that I was referred to Cataract and laser Institute and to Dr. Coleman because they have been treating my glaucoma so well

Dr. Coleman did my implants. I had early glaucoma & cataracts. I had a great experience, no discomfort and still can't grip the fact I can see better than 20/20. Before this I couldn't ever see if there was a person in a swim lane at the YMCA, much less if it was my wife. Vision was very blurry my entire life. Thanks much to the entire staff for their professional service. This was a life changer.

My review is for the staff. The staff is terrible. They do not return your calls. They do not answer calls. I had a girl that was in charge of my case she would never return my calls. Her name was Ashley. It took me two weeks after I seen my retina doctor to finally get a hold of someone and that was because I hit the key that said I was a physician. I had left urgent messages for the facility as well. No return calls.. I was put on hold several times and cut off. And this is all just for the staff as far as the doctors go Dr. Coleman and Dr. James were excellent doctors.
