The staff there are very helpful. My daughter had her first visit there from prior to the visit, to walking in and during the visit and picking out glasses. The staff were kind and helpful and helped my daughter pick out a pair she truly loves. I highly recommend pearle vision.

We had an appointment on a Saturday (we both work in schools). We scheduled it at least a month before the day of the appointment. They called 40 min. before the appointment to tell us that they needed to reschedule because of our son's age (which we did put in the initial registration of course). Once we confirmed that his age was correct, they rescheduled us for a new appointment. At that appointment, we waited for an hour before being helped. There were no updates or "the doctor will be out soon." The appointment itself went well but we were very disappointed with the experiences leading up to it.

This was my first visit to this office. I was very hesitant about seeing a new eye Dr, as I had been seeing the same one for many years, but I'm glad I did! They were able to get me in much faster than my previous office. I had been having an issue with a burning feeling and somewhat dry eyes with random blurriness for a while, and the Dr knew right away how to fix it! She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. It's only been 2 days and I am already noticing a difference. They even price matched my contacts so I was able to get more benefit from my eye insurance. The exam was a bit more than I'm used to paying, but I think that may have been because I was a new patient to the office. Regardless, it was worth the extra cost, and I will absolutely be back next year for my annual eye exam. Dr Warfield was great!
