Jodi at the Mishawaka University Park Mall location was an absolute godsend for me today. It's a Sunday - most places are closed and the screws were loose and fell out of my frame and I couldn't see at all. without any questions She got the screws back in and got me fixed and I can see again. She was so helpful and kind. I have never been to a LensCrafters location, but I definitely would go back and ask for her specifically.

I went in to buy a specific pair of Versace frames the lady who was nice pulled up the pair I had on the Internet! The frames were 317.00 dollars compared to 140.00 on @lenscrafters .com she could not explain why her computer which access the same website my phone did for double the price!!! I just ordered my frames online and had pickup in store!!! I will never be back to lens crafters ever why when discounts are only available online it's almost as if they want to play on the ignorance of the locals!! So I had my lens crafted at Walmart instead for way less than the original store I went to!! A returning consumer is way more important than a franchise will ever be. Until they fix this no conversation will had nor business with lens crafters ever again!!! It's ultimately sad because this is exactly why stores die and go online this one should immediately to save the consumer money time and understanding because they can't explain why there are 2 different websites when truth is there is not in store prices don't reflect website prices which is insane... If I go but this jeep Cherokee 2015 the prices better match up wouldn't u agree consumer.....

Lens crafters have saved my wife agony as they were fantastic to fill her needs with her glasses. Andrea is the best She fixed an issue with my wife's glasses that has been bothering her for month!!!!

I purchased a fairly expensive pair of glasses 2 years ago and about 7 months later one of the lenses was clouding around the edges, like the anti glare part was separating or something. They replaced that lens. Then about 13 months out, the other lens did the same thing and the manager would not cover it under warranty (which was one year). They tried to blame me for the issue for how I cleaned the glasses. The manager told me that "they wouldn't stay in business if they replaced lenses that were out of warranty." Considering that one lens already failed prior to the warranty ending, it was rather obvious that the lenses were defective. Now I need to go shop for new glasses again and it won't be at Lenscrafters.

Melissa at the Mishawaka, IN location is absolutely incredible. She is knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. Highly recommend!

LensCrafters has excellent service! The staff was very helpful in finding the right pair of prescription glasses for my son, and the process was quick and easy. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitude!

The screw on one side of my glasses was lost today and Jodi took care of it in a wink of an eye. Thank you much for emergency repair for us as we travelled thru the area! You were were so kind and helpful.
