This place is a gem. I was taking my mother here and I decided to give it a try. Everyone is so attentive and kind. I just love Alisha in the Optical department!!! She got me together. She was very informative, attentive and kind as well. She definitely was very patient. Her customer service was above 100%. She was helpful and welcoming and encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone. I did and I love my new NO line Versace glasses!!!! I would recommend this place. Alisha walked me through everything and the process was so smooth. I thank her for making my experience all but amazing.

Took my elderly mother to see Dr. Qi. He was very thorough. His diagnosis saved her from continuing vision loss due to AMD. Her vision is much improved after cataract surgeries. Both surgeries were uneventful. Dr Qi is very professional.

Visited for the first time in early 2025, the wait time to be seen was over 30 minutes however, it was the first visit so I figured it was just a busy day. I spent well into 2.5hours there, from start to finish. The majority of the visit is sit and wait. I had to return with my child for a contact fitting a few weeks later, and again waited around a half an hour after checking in for the appt. At that point, it was confirmed this is a pattern and not a one off. After a few months I had to return to have the contacts/prescription check up for my child, with yet another lengthy & wait well past my appt time. At the 30 minute mark of waiting I decided I'm done having my time disrespected so I got up and let the front desk personnel know I'd need a school note for my kid and to cross me off the check-in list. At that time the front desk personnel apologized for the lengthy wait and said she'd check in and see what could be taking so long. A member came out from the back and said "are you leaving or staying?" The tone what accompanied that statement was the final straw for me. No apology or accountability for the wait time. I asked for the office managers contact number and left. After calling and leaving a voicemail, the office manager called me to try and smooth the situation over and confirmed the lengthy wait time for the last 3 visits. Said they should never be this long. He offered to make it right but I thanked him for this time and said no thanks. They provided a year supply of contacts so hopefully they'll get it together by the time a refill is needed. Well, fast forward to today's visit for a refill on contacts for my child. Appt was at 8am, signed in by 8:00am And wasn't called back til about 8:29am. One of the techs asked for my child to take their contacts off for a check, to which I stated he would need to use these contacts for the remainder of the day, after the appt. The tech Carrie then said, "we will not continue the appointment if they aren't taken off" Again the tone and disrespect is way too frequent. Instead of going back and forth with Carrie, I simply asked for the office manager that happened to be Evan, again. I asked Evan for a contact case + solution for my child to be able to preserve/use the contacts for the remainder of the school day. I pointed out to Evan that Carrie really missed the mark on providing solutions regarding patient care. Evan was apologetic and super helpful. He has great de-escalation skills and seeks results. I get that everyone has bad days at work, however this is a frequent pattern at this location. I will be transitioning my child from this establishment due to the disrespectful wait times + plus staff.

Alisha was very sweet, professional, & helpful throughout the whole process of ordering my glasses from the optical shop! She sure made everything go smoothly! She was very personable, it's almost like I was ordering from someone I knew! I would highly recommend her for all your eyeglass purchasing needs!!

Very grateful for KAITLYN! she went out of her way to help me. Her dedication to patient care did not go unnoticed today. She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding professional help! Even during my stress she remained calm and solution driven. Thank you!!!! <3

My experience with cataract removal with doctor Qi What's probably the easiest surgery I have ever been through. Doctor Qi Was very professional, Very knowledgeable, And took the time to answer all my questions. If I ever need anything more for my eyes , I would not hesitate to go back to doctor Qi. The office staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

I had stopped in today to drop off a pair of frames and was told my insurance was already used for the year. Angela quickly called my insurance to see what the issue was. Come to find out, VSP said I had used my benefits towards my last visit in which I was specifically wanting to use it towards new glasses. Angela was able to reverse that and apply it to my glasses! Without her, I would have had to spend almost $800. I was able to use my HSA for the balance of $281 and I am BEYOND grateful! Thank you again Angela!!!

I had a traumatic injury/incident which caused my vision to change. When I called to make the appointment, I told the staff that I was worried about the vision change and headaches, as a result of the incident, and that another physician had told me to make an appointment with a vision specialist as soon as possible. I called and Munster Eye Care Associates made the appointment for me THAT DAY. Even though I was a new patient, this group went out of their way to schedule me to see a physician as soon as possible. The doctor who I saw, Dr. Torabi, was empathetic, patient, very thorough, and most importantly, did a complete assessment and also reassured me that my vision problems were closely evaluated, what I should look for going forward, and that it was her opinion that my vision changes would likely stabilize and improve with time. Dr. Torabi explained several issues pertaining to my eye in a way that no other vision specialist ever has previously. I left this group feeling reassured and knowing how to best protect my eye health, both because of the trauma and generally. If I could give 6 stars for Dr. Torabi's care and approach, I would. And - I feel the same way about everyone else involved within that group - from the intake person over the phone to the individuals who scheduled me for follow up. Could not say enough good things about this group and Dr. Torabi.
