South Shore Eye Care

Today was my first visit to South Shore Eye Care and I felt very welcomed by Dr.Jones, Kathy, Russell, and Karen. All were very friendly and professional. The offices and equipment were meticulous! Dr. Jones and Karen were extremely thorough in their explanations of the procedures that took place. I will definitely refer Dr.Jones to my family and friends. I've put my trust in him!!

South Shore Eye Care in Munster is amazing. So welcoming, and the office itself is so clean. They were great with my young children! And extra helpful to me with setting up an appointment and insurance information. Dr. Gibson is the absolute best. Highly recommend!!!

I really enjoyed this visit. Dr. Jones is so friendly and provides data driven answers to my questions (much appreciated)! Russell and Kathy at the front were SO helpful! Plus they picked out the perfect frames for me to try so when I came out of my appointment, I was all set to give a fashion show. It was great. Karen in the back was so informative and kind. Everything about my visit took a regular Tuesday appointment and ensured it was really helpful, seamless and fun! *SEE* yall in a year!

Russel and Kathy were fantastic--she and he listened to exactly what I was looking for, helped me navigate their huge, stylish selection, and provided honest advice on what shapes and colors suited me best. The selection of frames is outstanding, ranging from budget-friendly options to high-end designer brands. The quality of my new lenses and frames is superb; they feel durable and look fantastic. The entire process, from the exam to placing the order and finally picking up my perfect new glasses, was handled efficiently and professionally. Dr. Jones is truly the best optometrist in the area. He found out that my eye issues were genetic and fine. My old optometrist keep billing my insurance every 6 months for something they could of easily have found with one test.

Dr. Gibson and Dr. Jones are exceptional eye doctors who provide outstanding care. They are extremely attentive and take the time to thoroughly address every concern. Russell at the front desk is fabulous as well--he was incredibly helpful in finding a great pair of glasses that fit perfectly within my budget.

I've been with Dr. Jones for years following him from where he practiced before he opened South Shore Eye Care. I was bummed because he was so close to home but when I went to his new office I was pleasantly impressed by the staff and the facility. Dr. Jones is in a class of his own he really cares about you and your eyes. He thoroughly goes over your exam. He gives you time to ask questions and really listens.

Everyone at South Shore Eye Care is the absolute best. Friendly, kind, caring and most of all experts in the eye care profession. I was totally impressed how efficient they are and Dr. Jones is a true eye care expert who enjoys teaching and making sure his patients have all questions answered.
