Amber is truly an angel. I was having a rough day that was topped off by me breaking my only pair of glasses. She picked out the most fabulous pair or glasses for me that I did not see in the store at first and I left the store crying in pure happiness. This was the best experience that I have ever had picking out glasses. Thank you Amber, you truly made my day and my brand new glasses are AMAZING!!! I appreciate the time and care she took with me. I did not feel rushed into picking out anything and helping make a sale. Thank you.

The lady who fixed my glasses...super nice. The guy who "greets" you as you enter.... not very helpful or nice. He is not the person I would want as a greeter in my business. Have him put on his "happy face" and try to be a little bit more helpful.

Would give less if I could. Worse.customer serivce ever. They dont ask younif you need help. Then when you go to them they r rude. They only.care about the sale. I have done the same job before for two years of my.life dont try to tell me the frame i picked will make me.cross eyed

Extremely rude and offensive, no people skills what so ever. Very unprofessional and childish behavior, never again will I go back the way these people treat others is unreal. Immediately after I walk in two woman at the front desk insulted me and humiliated me in front of other people in the room. It was enough for me to cancel my appointment and walk out.
