Dr. Brockman and his staff were amazing. Everyone was nice and didn't act like they were trying to get rid of you. They answered all questions nicely! My surgery is coming up and I am not worried!

I was diagnosed with a cataract in my right eye, my ophthalmologist suggested we would keep an "eye" on it. My vision was so blurry my glasses weren't even helping anymore. I decided to make myself an appointment with John Kenyon. I met with Dr Brockman, he immediately validated my concerns telling me I had significant cataracts in both eyes, he discussed all of the options I had, three days later I had surgery on my right eye. I was so nervous about the procedure. It was seriously the easiest, painless surgery I've ever had. I came out my eye was crystal clear, I went in for my check up and I have perfect vision In that eye, I will be having my left eye done on Wednesday, and I couldn't be more excited! This has been life changing! Thank you Dr Brockman, you and your team took the best care of me!

I am very dissatisfied with how my post cataract surgery care was handled, particularly regarding communication, consent, and financial transparency. I developed a visual issue and called for an appointment to make sure everything was ok. Upon checking in, I was given paperwork to fill out. Two of which were authorization papers for a procedure with a substantial amount per eye. I didn't sign those and told the receptionist that those didn't pertain to me. I hadn't even been seen yet. Once I got back to see the doctor he said it was a wrinkle and he saw it in the other eye as well. But I didn't have a problem with the other eye, so I opted to just do the eye with the issue. The assistant told the doctor that I hadn't signed the paperwork. He said just have her sign once we're done. I went to another room and he completed a "YAG" procedure. Which all went reasonably well. I was then taken to check out and asked to sign before mentioned paperwork. I saw the amount and asked if that's what I would have to pay. She said that was the billable amount to insurance. My issue is that I feel like it was already known this happens and I was never made aware of it and had no idea that anything post op would have a fee. Patients deserve clear explanations, informed consent before treatment and transparency regarding potential costs.

I did not realize how bad my vision was. The surgery is uncomfortable but not painful, it is surgery. Recovery in my eye was slower but Dr. Brockman did more than fix the cataract, the surgery for the left eye was almost immediate vision improvement. The staff was great and the whole process is made simple. It is expensive for the laser, but I feel it is worth it and would recommend it.

The entire center operated like a well oiled machine. I was treated professionally, warmly and sincerely by all. The hardest part for me, was a long 3 hour wait before surgery at 12:45 going without eating or drinking.

Was very happy they was very good to me. And I'm so happy. I have wear glasses for over 30 years and now I don't have to wear them all the time. I can see so much better and everything is more clearer than before. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.

I can't say enough good about Dr Brockman and my experience. I haven't had so great vision since before I started wearing glasses in the second grade. Everything is more colorful, vivid, defined and larger than through lenses.I'll still need readers, but I knew that ahead of time and it's way better than glasses all the time or contacts with readers.The whole process was very professional and efficient.
