It's a nice place to use if it's in your network. And they have a machine that can perform the same function as dilating without the drops, wait, and light sensitivity. The only problem is that they have this wonderful tool to save time and discomfort but charge an extra $40 to use it. I wish it was included under the insurance or simply used without extra charge. It would be a great sell for older patients who hate dilating, but many don't have the $40. Help them out, please.

Dr. Braten has been an amazing eye doctor to not only me, but to my grandmother who is 98 years old, she had to have Cataract surgery, and Dr. Broughton guided her to the right surgeon, Dr. Piracha, who took great care of her. He has assisted her with her immaculate degeneration, given her the best advice and treated her with the best eye care.
He has been a great eye doctor for me as well. I appreciate him and I highly suggest that anyone coming in request him and also if you're looking for an eye doctor and you're scanning through reviews, definitely choose this place. Roxanne is amazing. She is an excellent front desk associate and Emily is a rockstar when it comes to ordering and frame measurements.

My experience was phenomenal!! Adam tech was professional and very pleasant. Dr. Wilder was extremely attentive to my concerns and thorough, also professional and pleasant. Mary Alice, optician was extremely patient and professional as well. She was able to get me the best deal through my insurance and assisted wonderfully in finding a frame that fit my needs. Dr. Braaten has been my eye doctor for over ten years. He is the nicest, easygoing doctor. One time, my daughter had a piece of dirt in her eye from playing softball. He was able to take care of her very well and the dirt came out with his care.
Mary Alice is always so sweet when she checks me out for my contacts. One thing I love about this office so much, is how fast they can get you in. I called for an appointment on Thursday and was seen the next day. Additionally, they don't give you a hard time if you have to reschedule. They're quick and efficient. My appointment was at 2:15 and I was out of the office by 2:50.
