I went here at the end of 2024. When I went to pick up my glasses, I couldn't see with them. I came back and got retested. When I came to pick up the new glasses, I at first thought they were ok. My insurance didn't cover all of it and I paid $85 in cash. By the time I got home, I was having problems seeing. I took them back and asked for a refund of just the $85. They said it would come in the mail. In the middle of 2025 I called about it and was told that they didn't know what I was talking about. Definitely not happy.

Got a Call my safety glasses come in go pick them up their regular glasses. They don't even have the side shields on them. Then the lady tried to add side shields that won't even fit the glasses and I let her know that all safety glasses have to have shield on them and you can't just wear regular glasses on the floor for safety glasses for most companies, so then she has to try to get my money reimbursed back to my work and then I have to wait till the end of September hopefully for the safety glasses to come in with the side shields Very many problems this years with this new lady I know she's new but if she doesn't know what she is doing she shouldn't be left alone and her work should be check before things get turn in Very disappointed in the service of getting my glasses My regular glasses was also messed up. They come in with the line on them. They were supposed to be no line supposed to be in within a week got broken. Had to wait another week then had to be sent back to be fixed for the line and problems with my safety glasses, very disappointed in the service I have gotten from quality optical this year not the eye doctor, the ladies in the front

Absolutely love this office! My daughter and I were in and out within 15mins or so. Daughter received her glasses less than a week and was very pleased. Customer service from the manager was excellent, we absolutely love you and thank you for the pep talk with my daughter about her being her and just made her day!! You know who you are girl, we picked her glasses up early morn when manager was dealing with a flood in back room lol!!!!

Been with them for years because no one else will take my insurance but now that I have dont even have insurance and I have to pay out of pocket anyway, I can finally say this (and go anywhere else): I only recommend this place if you have no other choice. I don't feel like a complete exam is given and he refuses to write your prescription down so you can have it to buy sunglasses anywhere else (they don't sell prescription sunglasses and look at you as though your crazy for asking for them). I have spent at least $2000 out of pocket here the last couple years and he has always refused to write my prescription down for me. This is the ONLY reason I chose to go somewhere else.

They did great! I took my daughter and she can see better with this prescription then she ever has. The Dr took his time and really listened to what she was telling him. I also saw him. He explained what I needed to know and was very willing to listen to my concerns. Great experience. The only issue is we wished they had a bigger frame selection.

Terribly rude service by all staff who clearly didnt know what is going on. The eye doctor tried upselling us glasses despite us saying we wanted contacts multiple times, and kept disregarding our requests. I called ahead of time to give my ins info and make sure apt was covered. They waited until the second apt two weeks later to say we had to pay full price in cash. Then they claimed they didn't have either insurances that I gave them. Then I called back to give them insurance information again, and was told services were covered. I was told they'd order the contacts, that they'd call when they were ready for pick up. waited over 3 weeks before calling their office to check status. They told me that their manager was fired and never wrote down info so they didn't know what was going on, but was promised a call that day, which never happened. I waited until the next day before calling them back. Then they Inform me they've had the contacts in stock the whole time, but will need to order another box for the full year supply. All together it took over 2 months for my daughter to get her contacts, all the while she had nothing to help her vision at school. The entire staff was rude to my daughter husband and me. I will never go back. Recommend you change the name from Quality to something else, bc this was far from quality service.

I went to get a eye exam and order new glasses first part of August. They said 7 to 10 days. Well i have stopped by, called and still nothing. They are on back order. I know i will not be using this awful place to get glasses again. I am more than a little ticked off. I give this place a -5 out of 10. Awful, customer service stinks after u order your product from them. No follow up on why is taking it so long. No just leave your customer hanging. This absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

I have been going here for the last 5 years . And I have to say do not go here it's been a month now and they still haven't gave me my glasses. All they keep giving me is excuses I cannot believe how unprofessional they're being. Whenever I call it seems like they're aggravated. Oh well I will definitely be taking mine and my family's business elsewhere..
