It's kind of sad to see all these poor reviews. I've always had a great experience with everyone in there and this was my 3rd pair I've purchased! I just picked up a pair today and worked with Haley, she did a great job, start to finish. Highly recommend them. Yes, I'll keep buying my glasses here.

Everyone there was wonderful! Both women in the front were super nice. One helped me with my son. The other remembered me from when I called a few days before. The man who helped prepare me for my exam was very thorough and professional. The eye doctor himself was awesome. To the point and helpful. I'm so glad I went there and will definitely be going back.

If I could give negative stars I would. I had my insurance company set the appointment but when I come in they tell me that my insurance never called so my appointment was void. Then they tell me they called my house when I for sure did not get a call. They say they spoke with a woman and their is no woman for them to talk to. If you want any kind of acceptable service you'd be better off paying out of pocket anywhere else.

I went in in January to get a new pair of glasses. Great eye exam so I thought. Pleasant young man doing the exam. I think the problem started with the lady putting the dots on my glasses in front. Because I cannot get them to focus properly. This has been going on since the beginning of January and I still have not been able to get a replacement pair of glasses. Even though I went back in for another exam there has been no new glasses produce for the last two months now. I would be skeptical of going to Walmart for glasses ever again.

Dr. Zych has always been great! Professional yet intentional with patients! The older male optometrist that did the pretesting was great, very professional and communicative! All the employees were nice and proactive with the masks, sanitizer, etc.

I enjoyed my exam with Dr Z. I purchased the new digital eye test for glaucoma etc it was easy and does not dilate your puplis. My visit was nice I recieved great customer service. Would recommend!

When they called to let me know my order was in....the woman was rude. She hung up on me when I said bye...not letting me finish. When I came in they fitted my glasses but they bent them so tight it was digging in the back of My ear and bruised my nose. There customer service was very bad and the staff that O dealt with had attitudes. I definitely will not be going back here again!!!
