Cates Family Eye Care

My husband and I absolutely love Cates Family Eye Care! We've always had a great experience. My 5 year old daughter had her very first appointment yesterday, and she was super nervous about it. Everyone was super kind and patient with her. She brought her favorite stuffed animal, and the doctor even made sure to make sure her "Griffy's" eyes were good. A few weeks ago, she was super upset because I told her she probably will need glasses; she did not want them at all. When the doctor told her she needs glasses, I absolutely knew the perfect person that would help her find the perfect pair-- Beth! Beth has always been the best part of all of our visits. She's always taken great care of my husband and I. Beth asked my daughter her favorite color, and then grabbed around 6 pairs of glasses that she thought my daughter would like. Every pair my daughter put on, Beth made her feel like it was a fashion show. She was so patient with her and made her feel so good about having to get glasses. She left with a big smile on her face, and she can't wait until her glasses come in. Beth is such an amazing asset to the team!!

Love Cates Family Eyecare!!! I've never had a bad experience there. They are very thorough and clued me in on an issue I have that no other eye doctor ever told me I have. All staff are super friendly and helpful. And they always play good music.

Great place and great people!!! Always happy to help and they always have a great attitude to they provide glasses that are high quality at a reasonable price. They also are happy to make adjustments if needed. Highly recommend!!!!

Best eye care in town! Everyone is friendly and compassionate, the equipment is modern, my prescriptions have always been spot on, and Im excited about the new therapies they offer!

I have seen both doctors and they are absolutely incredible! So sweet and explain everything in detail, answer questions and you leave confident with no unanswered questions. Best decision I made years ago to switch to them. The saying from both of them "if you need anything, let me know" goes along way. Thank you

Amazing experience! I've had vision problems for 30+ years and been to many optometrist, I've never been treated like cates. Superb customer service, great selection of frames, and great prices can't be beat. I was also given a temp pair of glasses to wear until mine came in which is unheard of! Will not being going anywhere else. The insurance covered selection still has great choices. Cates takes care of the whole family.
