My family and I have been going to Dr. Kirchner for several years now. His professionalism, kindness and sharp expertise is what keeps us coming back. He has detected anomaly's early in both my spouses eyes and my own. His new staff is courteous, helpful and highly ethical. He has been our family's provider for about 5 years now and I have been impressed by his knowledge and personable bedside manner. This center is so amazing. Amazing Amazing doctors who are both knowledgeable and friendly and suggest only the best solution relevant to you! The staff is genuinely happy and courteous and very very caring. The atmosphere is welcoming and wonderful. I would highly recommend this place to everybody for their eye checkups and contact lenses. Unlike the other places I have been to in the past where they are in a rush to get you in and get you out, this center takes very very good care of you. It really will make you feel like home.

Friendly and very helpful staff, Dr Kirchner is also very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. In my first experience with an eye doctor in 20 years, I couldn't have asked for more. Definitely recommend this office!

I asked for just transitioning sunglass's lenses and frames. Even after my insurance I had to pay over $200 out of pocket. He put a prescription on them and the first time wearing them it gave me an intense headache and left my head foggy for about an hour. That 1/2 hour was the only time I wore them. I work in Indy so I have to have a day off to return them. When I did they told me I was over the time limit by 16 days so I will have to pay another $200 to get what I originally asked for. I asked for the office manager and they do not have one. I took my glass's back and will have it done somewhere else. They do not work with you and take as much money as they can get out of you. Our family will be finding another optometrist and I recommend others do as well.
