I would give zero stars if I could. While they had a great Dr. and staff the billing manager refused to keep me and my family of 6 as patients over a simple insurance issue that could have easily been resolved. They are very short staffed now, they don't answer their phones and now they have very limited hours at the Westfield location. Save yourself the headache and find a competent eye doctor.

I saw Dr. Kassenbrok, she was absolutely amazing. Kind and professional, but made me feel like I had been going there my whole life. Didn't feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Erin was an absolute Gem! She was so much fun and so helpful with picking out frames. Loved my experience.

Dr. Kassenbrock and her staff were all SO nice and helpful! I got a flat tire on the way to my appointment and they thankfully let me reschedule on very short notice. The appointment was streamlined and Dr. Kassenbrock explained what and why she was doing everything, and was friendly and professional.

The receptionists were wonderful, and the nurses were kind and attentive to my issue. I wish more had been done to look at the issue before my eyes were dilated, but it didn't cross our minds to check beforehand.
While Dr. Wild ruled out the worst, this was not a comfortable visit. The entire time, I felt I had to work harder than usual to prove I had a problem. He told me the problem most likely existed long before I had a chance to "study it", even though I knew exactly when the problem started and told him so in my explanation.
When I challenged his diagnosis, his response was curt and made me feel like my experiences carried no weight. It reminded me that the doctor is always right, and the patient has to take it on the chin. Furthermore, the diagnosis weighed heavy on me over time and made me feel like I was a hypochondriac and was over-reacting. NO patient should be made to feel like that. Ever.
My thanks to the kind and receptive nurses and receptionists who made this visit worth it, hence the 4 star rating.
