Very welcoming and helpful, optometrist was very personable and thorough and lady who helped me pick out glasses was very good at her job. Most places just turn you loose in a room full of frames and tell you to see them when you decide what you want but here they offer help and suggestions. I have high hopes that my glasses will be exactly what I need because I have been disappointed at other locations with the vision quality of my glasses and hope to be a regular client at Norman and Miller.
