Dr. Corey is a beast! I have keratoconus and never thought I'd get even decent vision with contacts or glasses. My scleral contacts are on their way and I'm going to be seeing amazing. This is seriously life changing for me.

I got referred to this branch from another branch. So now I have 2 data points to compare. And I am so glad for it. The staff is absolutely friendly, patient and accommodating. I finally found a place I can go for my eyes (it's been 2 years since my last visit). The welcoming and lively atmosphere of this place encouraged me to do so. Thank you. I was referred by indiana eye surgeon. Dr. Corey is an excellent eye doctor. I know now why she was highly recommended. Also Brianna was so kind to offer helping me. She did an excellent job tighten my sunglasses even I got it from another place last year but it was very loose. Thank you so much.

Do not come here! Absolutely disappointing on how the front office has conducted business and it is a shame as my husband did like the eye doctor. We spent hundreds of dollars on ONE medical contact to replace one that broke. Upon receiving the contact, it did not work. We were told multiple different stories from the front office for months on what to do, and today we were told that we should have sent the contact back but now it is out of warranty. First of all, my husband was absolutely told to NOT send the contact back when he first reported the defective contact. When I called today, the front office said they "had notes" communicating to him that he needed to send back the contact. Then when I was transferred to the manager Chris, he said nope can't do anything. I questioned him saying, how is it that one employee has one story and you have another? No answer. The office refuses to help and we are out paying hundreds of dollars. It is unacceptable to lie about communications as this is a medical record. Its a shame because we would recommend the doctor, but the staff has lied multiple times (even within 5 minutes of talking to each person on the same phone call), not resolved the issue, made us pay for a product that did not work, and did not stand next to the product that they sold us.

What a great visit!! Very thorough exam, Dr. Corey was exceptional in discussing all aspects of my eyes, vision, concerns, and suggestions. Tyler was very detailed in narrowing the best deal for the frames, lenses, and added features for the best cost. Really enjoyed the whole experience. So pleased I chose them.
