Jessica, Alex and Barb are awesome! Easy appointment scheduling and so helpful in choosing lenses and frames! Dr Pierce and Dr Nicholson always go into detail on your eye health and take the time to explain things. Kennedy makes the initial testing so seamless and fun! Love it here!

Amazing staff! Dr Nicholson is amazing! When I go in the office even if it is for something small they know me and greet me when I walk in the door. Just recently picked up new glasses and they knew immediately that there was something off when I put them on and corrected the issue right away with no hesitation

I called this morning explaining my eye situation that needed attention and were able to see me today . I found person on phone extremely helpful and concerned with my eye. Got all my information needed, insurance excepted. Saw a great Intern first, followed up with Dr with same diagnosis given . Very pleased and thankful to see Dr today.

I went in to pick up glasses that I had ordered. I was assisted right away. I took in another pair that needed adjusted and those were fixed. They were very helpful. I was in and out very quickly. Also, when I had my appointment and chose the glasses, it was a very easy experience. The staff members are all really friendly.

I had such a great experience with Barbie the Optician! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel super comfortable and welcomed. She's not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind and patient--she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all my options without feeling rushed or pressured.

Dr. Nicholson and her staff are awesome!! She took her time with me during my exam and was patient with me when we were trying to determine my new prescription and what felt right. Jess was awesome at check in and made sure to explain everything. I am one of those people that struggles with picking new glasses every year and they made it a breeze. I had the support of the whole office when I finally reached a decision!! Quinn was great at explaining the prices and breakdowns from insurance. Overall a great experience and I even saved some money. Won't go anywhere else!

Received text and email that my Rx glasses were ready for pickup. Checked store hours 10-6. Arrived at Zionsville location at 1 pm. The door was locked. Someone showed up and taped a sign inside the door "at lunch: return 1:15". I chose to wait. At 1:15, person inside store took down the sign and posted a new sign "at lunch:return 2:15" Drove back home. Returned at 2:30. Got my glasses. Asked why the store was closed without notice for hour and 15 minutes. Said 4th of July holiday so many took off so she had no backup. So she just locked up. Clearly an unhappy employee. Said she was just an employee she does not make the rules. She made one small adjustment and I requested the glasses be further tightened. She said no that would make me in pain in an hour. Told her I would take my glasses somewhere else to be adjusted and left. Not the best experience!

My wife and I come to this office every year. They always take good care of me and her. She just had a visit with Dr. Nicholson who is so kind and knowledgeable. My wife is very picky, but they found her a good frame for her sunglasses and she was able to reuse her favorite frame for her regular glasses. We are always well taken care of by everyone there.
