Zionsville Eyecare

I had a great experience with Zionsville Eyecare after an eye injury that happened while I was out of town. They got me in immediately, which I truly appreciated. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and helpful. Dr. Grace Arnold was absolutely fantastic. She was very gentle and compassionate while treating my eye injury and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. She even had me come back the very next day to recheck my eye before I traveled home. On top of that, she told me to call her back if my local eye doctor couldn't get me in within a few days for a follow-up and she would make room for me in her busy schedule. I can't say enough good things about the care I received. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold and Zionsville Eyecare.

Zionsville Eyecare always provides me with first class eye care. The staff is amazing and my doctor is knowledgeable. I love that the office uses state of the art technology and I always get great insights into my eye health. AND the offerings for glasses are top tier! I can say enough about Dr. Garn and the team! Absolute best eye care around!

I discovered this eyecare place on the Zeiss website, I was on a mission for a pair of glasses with Zeiss SmartLife lenses. I went in the store and was deflated when they told me they were moving away from Zeiss. I was about to get up and walk out when the optician said, let me check with the lab to see if they can still make them. It was my lucky day! The glasses came in shockingly fast, and OMG these were the best progressive lenses I have ever looked through. Total relaxation of the eyes, and the astigmatism I have in my left eye was the crispest it has been in I don't know how long. Here is the kicker, these new glasses were the same prescription as my previous, so it wasn't a change in prescription, these lenses are just awesome. It has been over a week and now that my eyes have adjusted to these glasses, best decision to start the year. I am happy with the service, the quality, and for the optician checking with the lab. I better get in there soon to see if they can make me a pair of glasses for driving with the Zeiss DriveSafe lenses before they fully transition away from Zeiss. Highly recommend this place for a pair of glasses.

Dr. Garn is fantastic. I've been a patient for over 2 years and enjoy him very much. He's knowledgeable, kind, does a great job of explaining things, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. The rest of the staff is friendly and helpful. And the office itself is really nice and always very clean. Out of my regular doctor's visits each year (medical, dental, eye, any specialists) for myself or my children, visiting Zionsville Eyecare is often the best overall experience I have.

The atmosphere in friendliness of the staff is amazing here. there's so many awesome frame styles to select from. The doctor was wonderful treating our small family of three all in a row. The Cleanliness of the facility is something to notice.

Dr. Evan Murray is the absolute best. In the 40 years that I've been going to an optometrist, this is the best experience I've ever had. This place is awesome! The Customer Service is 10 of 10.
