Visionelle is the best! Dr. Thomas and her staff are so kind and caring, makes you feel like visiting family or friends instead of getting your eyes checked. The care by Dr. Thomas is always excellent and thorough, and she leaves plenty of time for questions or concerns. They've always done so well with my kiddo as well. The office vibe is also on point! Love this place.

I always feel that I am having a thorough eye medical review, while feeling like a family. I started as a patient years ago. Despite I moved out of town, I continue my eye examination under Dr Thomas. She is very professional, she explains very well all about my eye's health ( very interesting technology at her office too) and she is such an approachable person. Her staff is always reachable and makes you feel at home. I wish them all the very best.

I've been coming to Visionelle for years and I will never go anywhere else. There probably aren't enough characters allowed in this review to give Dr. Thomas, Coqui, and team the deserved accolades. They are: kind, patient, knowledgeable, explanatory, reliable, caring, thoughtful, intelligent, and also hilariously fun people. Exceed expectations every visit. There are so few places anymore where the customer service is as wonderful as the quality of care and vice versa. I can't recommend them enough!!!
