Dr Sheri is always wonderful, never in a rush and explains everything!! I bought 2 pairs of glasses and they did all the leg work for my insurance benefits, I was very happy. The best part was the glasses were done in a week and a half!!

I have been debating posting or not. I still have to go back there for a follow-up adjustment.
The experience could have been better. A lady knocked, opened the door, entered and plopped down on her stool.
No introduction. No clarifying who I was. Just no personable skills whatsoever.
Seemed rude, in my opinion.
I still have never learned her name.
That just seems weird to me.
Zero stars would suit this review better.

Took our kids in recently for their eye exam, no problem. My wife gets an appointment, and goes in for a possible eye emergency only to be told that they don't take the Delta insurance that they took only weeks ago. Left in tears. No notification. Unacceptable.
