Dr Thayer was very personable and explained everything as he went thru the eye exam. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The staff was welcoming and also very helpful.

Such nice ladies here! They all were so helpful and explained everything to me throughly. They made sure I knew how to get my contacts on and off before I left. They all were very patient and the environment was nice and clean. It's rare to even get decent customer service anymore, but these ladies had amazing customer service. I really appreciate it.

Great staff, who really make you feel comfortable and helpful when picking out glasses. Dr. Thayer was great and extremely informative about what he was seeing, walking you through every step of the exam. Would recommend them to anyone who needs a new place to go.

The first step inside the entrance I was welcomed! The Dr. was super nice, pleasant , personality was a 10 plus as well as his professional manners. He explained everything step by step. Finding and fitting with my new glasses they have a great selection. The person helping me find my glasses picked out the same pair I was looking at and did not know I was looking at the same pair. So the glasses were bought. The whole first experience was very delightful. I would recommend this place highly!

Dr. Thayer was very polite, and the appointment went well. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly.

Very impressed with the service! First time there and have been in glasses/contacts for 40 years...Dr. Thayer was able to get my vision corrected to the best it's ever been!!!!! Was very pleased overall with everything...except there could be more seating! But thats minor compared to being able to see

Made an appointment over a month in advance and when I got there 10 minutes early for my appointment, I was told I didn't have one made. I told them I did and proved with a confirmed appointment email I received from them. They acknowledged it and said they could try and fit me in for an appointment an hour later. Wasn't happy, but agreed. 1 hour went by and received no call to confirm if the appointment would work or not. So I went in at the exact minute I was supposed to be there just for them to say there was no available appointment. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know since I wasted an hour for no reason when I could be at my job. They said they could AGAIN try to fit me in for an appointment 2 hours later!! I can't spend my whole day from work waiting for a "possible" appointment... the next actual appointment would be in almost another month. I walked out because I can't trust them to save my appointment like they failed to do so before. Will not be going back. Very disappointed because the first time I went there, I had no issues whatsoever. Do not recommend wasting your day, especially if you took a day off of work because you might not have an appointment after all. All you will receive is a "sorry, you'll have to reschedule."
