I don't do many reviews these days but I had to leave one for Advanced Family Eye Care. They are amazing! Complete life savers.
I accidentally tore a contact while traveling and didn't have any spares. They were the closest optometrist and worked with me to get replacements so fast. Friendly staff. Wonderful facilities. Thank you so much!
If I lived in the area they would be my first choice for optometry.

I am very disappointed with my experience. The visit was extremely expensive, and I was billed $400 through my medical insurance for an imaging test that was done without clearly informing me that there would be an additional charge.
I went in for evaluation of a stye, and the only recommendation I received was to continue using warm compresses -- which I was already doing before the visit. I did not feel that the care I received justified the cost.
Additionally, when I called the office to ask for clarification about the bill, I was told someone would call me back with more information. No one ever followed up.
Overall, I am frustrated with both the lack of cost transparency and the poor communication.

Great experience!! Staff was kind and helpful. It's tough going anywhere with young children, but they were very accommodating! Our 3 month old had a blowout and they helped us get situated while our 2 and a half year old did not want to get his eyes looked at.
Dr Kearns was patient with him, worked with him in the midst of his fit and had fun little tricks to make him feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her for any kids that need their eyes checked.

From the pleasant greeting at the front desk from Ariel and trainee Cameron to Brendan who made the eye tests...FUN!!... I have nothing but good things to say about my long overdue checkup.
