The employees at the CF Lens Crafters are great. Friendly, helpful, professional. I brought in several pairs of glasses not purchased there and they adjusted them for me free of charge--I was more than willing to pay for the service though. Adjusting glasses is an art form and they've got it down. Thanks ladies.

My insurance was turned down after 15 minutes into the exam i scheduled on website with same insurance. BCBSFEP Vision. They began by accepting my vision insurance card. I was taken back to room for the initial test with the puff of air. After that, the young lady led me to another machine. I stated that my insurance doesn't cover anything but the base examination. She said that it wouldn't be covered, so i denied the retinal test. She led me back to the reception area, and two minutes later said that i probably wouldn't be getting the eye exam because my insurance was not covered. I showed that on the LensCrafters website indeed accepted it. She said that the office is not LensCrafters, that they are a separate business that does not accept my insurance.

Amy and Xavi at the Cedar Falls location were very kind and extremely helpful! My grandma is 94 yrs old and has dementia and is in a nursing home. Her glasses broke and she is not able to physically go to an eye appointment and a new prescription would alter her perception and increase her risk for fall. They fixed my grandmas glasses in only a few minutes and did it with a smile with no charge. This is such a huge relief and might seem like a small thing, but really is a huge deal and was very much appreciated. Thank you ladies!!

I've been going to LensCrafters in Cedar Falls for years and they've always taken great care of me. Unfortunately, I made the horrible mistake of "cheating" on them and trying a competitor. Big mistake. The service and quality I received elsewhere was nothing short of awful, and I quickly realized just how much I had taken LensCrafters for granted.
Thankfully, when I came back, the team at LensCrafters welcomed me like I had never left. They truly take their time with you, answer every single question (no matter how many you ask), and always greet you with a genuine smile. The difference in professionalism, quality, and care is night and day.
