I booked my appointment same day at the Davenport location. They had a vast selection of frames to try on. The exam was quick and efficient. Valerie helped me when it came time to pick out frames and process the insurance. She is AWESOME! Valerie really took the time to make sure I was getting the most out of my benefits AND find the right frames for me. The whole experience was refreshing. I will definitely recommend the America's Best Davenport location!

I had an exam and then picked out glasses and Ray Ban sunglasses after exam. My husband had an exam and picked out glasses also. The 2 ladies we had were very helpful!! I would definitely return to this store! They have a good variety of glasses as well. I highly recommend this store, thanks again ladies

My wife goes to your Davenport, Iowa lication. My wife recently fell and severely damaged her relatively new glasses. We came into the store on 2/14/2026 and Samantha took care of us. She did everything she could to fix the glasses but they were beyond repair. She then discovered the frames were discontinued. She then called multiple stores until she found a replacement frame that would work for my wife. The effort put forth by your employee Samantha was an exhibition of truly first class customer service. Samantha went above and beyond what either my wife and I expected of your firm. Samantha should be commended for her outstanding customer service. She was amazing and made us both so glad we returned to America's Best. Samantha.....OUTSTANDING JOB!

As always, extremely satisfied with the America's Best experience, and this visit -- to a store new to me -- was no different. Pleasant, professional staff, great selection and prices. Shout out to everyone who helped me, especially Sue on the front end and Kayla for adjusting the frames of my two new pairs when I picked them up.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be seen here do to insurance issues, but I wanted to acknowledge Kayla for helping me out so much and trying her absolute best to figure out why my insurance wasn't working. My brain was so scattered and she was so patient and kind to me. She called both of my insurance companies and was able to figure out the problem. It's great customer service that keeps people coming back, and I will definitely be returning once I get my insurance squared away!

The people at Americas best are just wonderful. They gave us great help in selecting eyeglasses and in examining our eyes and giving us the best service possible. we highly recommend them to our family and friends. The staff are friendly like family!!!

Samantha, Michelle and Erica have been amazing in giving their best service each time my daughter and I have walked into America's Best. Samantha has the most approachable and friendliest personality on top of getting the best discount in each and all of the years we've come to this store! My most recent experience, Michelle has been great in following up with more details, accuracy with the frames and lenses previously prescribed and ordered (then now updated) that Erica has procured for me. Erica has wonderfully blessed me with 2 of the same sports frames that I did NOT think I'd ever find again, due to being discontinued, BUT- she searched and found them for me in the system! And on top of that, got them for clearance price! Indeed, they are the BEST! (Hi Toto!)
