Eyecare MAX

I'm extremely disappointed in this company. After having my prescription wrong several times by my previous doctor, I tried somewhere else. The doctor was great, but the glasses extremely expensive, so I took my prescription to Eye Care Max to try. Glasses were still a little expensive, but I was also talked into extra's I had never done before. After a couple month's my glasses where getting more and more scratched to the point it was making it hard to see. I could never get them really clean, they always seamed to smear and I was using they're glass cleaner and glass cloths. I went in after a couple months and was told they couldn't do nothing about it. I had my previous glasses several years and weren't scratched hardly at all and I took better care of they're glasses because they were so much more expensive. I am wearing my old glasses for now, till I can go back to my old place to get a new pair of glasses. Even though the prescription isn't correct, I can see better out of them and the other ones were giving me headaches. I even emailed them a few weeks ago and they have yet to respond. Will never go here again, extremely disappointed

Professional, helpful, and very kind. They was patient and helped me get a few things lined out with my insurance company. Then took my son in for an eye appointment after it was canceled because of insurance issues. Good selection of glasses as well for men, woman, and children 10/10 would go their again.

The staff was amazing and helpful! Dr Aldridge was great with special needs child getting him to respond and participate in the exam! Would definitely recommend Eyecare Max to anyone looking! Also they take state insurance and have great looking options for state pay glasses.

As soon as I walked in the door I knew this was going to be a pleasant experience. The staff in the front were so nice and sweet. I brought my 4year old daughter with me to get her an eye exam too and every one was so patient and sweet with her. Dr. was the most kind and patient and explained everything she was doing. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic employees, but the service they're providing is awful. Upwards of two week wait times for finished glasses, not letting me know I'm not insured there until after the purchase, and I'm pretty sure had I not been in a hurry the doctor would have tried to upsell me something I didn't actually need. Shame the desk employees and frames consultant are such great employees, courteous and understanding every moment, they deserve a better service to back them up.

My over all experience at Eyecare MAX was WONDERFUL! :) This was most definitely the most thorough eye exam that I've ever had. Dr. McManis is very nice and helpful. the opticians were great! I'm terrible at picking frames and they made the process very easy and fun, gave great feedback and helped me pick the perfect frames for my face shape. The selection of frames is unbelievable! :) I will definitely be a returning customer.

After seeing a couple eye doctors that I was not happy with I came here. Best decision I ever made and haven't gone elsewhere in 4 years. Convenient hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Cant say enough lovely things about this place. the Dr. came out and helped me pick out frames when I couldn't make up my mind. He gave me many options on contacts when the brand I tried didn't work well with my eyes. When I broke my glasses frame they only had one version of my frame left in another store and they rushed them to this location for me. You cant beat their customer service!

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained all the tests and what ti expect. Dr. Aldrich was awesome. She explained my results and what option was best for me. She even helped me pick out a frame that suits my face. The whole process was quick yet complete and thorough. Would definitely recommend Eyecare Max.
