The 2 students who helped me put my contacts in for the first time worked as a team to help me. They were very personable, helpful, and supportive! The lady w brown hair and glasses also accommodated me by giving me new nose pads & tightening my glasses for me afterward with a smile on her face. Dr Nix was amazing as always & helped inform me on other things to be aware of. Staff is amazing always and these lovely ladies are so patient. Thank you!!!!

I love Dr. Nix! She has been the only eye doctor to take the time to get my prescription correct. She listens and takes time with each patient. Maybe this is why you might wait a little? Yes, it can be difficult to get an appointment at times, but it is worth the effort! This office sees Medicare patients, puts lenses in frames you already have and may be the only place in the QC who does! I am glad they are here! Thank you Dr Nix and staff!

I was very happy with my purchase a year ago and I tried to get my daughter an appointment and I've left three messages over the span of 2 months and still haven't gotten a call back so I'm going to find somebody else.

Loved the one in Le Claire, not so much since in Davenport. I took in my own Oakley's that I paid for already and was going to put lenses in them but didn't get the lenses because of other issues, when I asked for my Oakley's back, I was told no if I didn't want to buy the lenses, then I couldn't have my frames. So they kept an expensive pair of frames that didn't come from them but were my personal pair, as punishment for not buying lenses from them. Didn't know that was how it worked, they keep your personal items if you decided not to buy the lenses from them. Hope who ever ended up with my stuff enjoyed them. They weren't cheap. Smh!

Usually a decent place but the lady who has been working the desk and the phone this week has been beyond rude, dismissive and not very knowledgeable. I don't think the work ethic is there. Just was trying to get my daughters new prescription dropped off and I don't appreciate the attitude over the phone or in person.

The doctor and glasses are very good, but it is extremely difficult to get in touch with the office by phone. I called multiple times and the phone rang endlessly with no answer even though I verified I was calling the correct office on the correct day. I finally drove across town to the office and witnessed the phone being ignored while it rang even when staff did not appear to be busy.
