Was on time to my appointment , sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes before anyone helped me. The check in area had all the lights off and then when i finally got help the lady that works there was super rude. She gave me attitude and was irritated cause i couldnt find my insurance right away. I gave her my insurance and she said she didnt take my insurance which is fine but then She gave me a price to pay out of pocket which i agreed to. Then she left and came back and said she had to change to price to double . Was very snippy and rude the way she talked to me when i asked questions. I felt so disrespected i started to cry from frustration especially driving a hour out of my way from tipton to this area. I had to leave and i drove home upset . Ruined my day completely. Been looking foward to getting contacts but never coming here again. Those ladies there need to be fired. Or trained on how to talk to people!

Never felt so uncomfortable inside a business. Within the first 5 min. Of being inside. Dana was beyond rude to everyone she came in contact with. Me. My son. My daughter. Her own coworker. Which Michelle was doin her best to help us and get things figured out. However, Dana was being very rude to Michelle amongst me My kids and other customers. Left customers in the lobby waiting for almost 30 minutes. Just to go be snobby to Michelle and try and rush me and my kids out of the building. Telling her own coworker to not give my son his eye exam. Im beyond irritated and embarrassed. Dana is top notch for worst customer service I have ever received in my whole life at any business. I have no idea why she has a job! This is not Slandering!!! Simply giving my opinion on my recent visit. Dana was THE absolute worst I do NOT recommend and I absolutely will NEVER step foot back inside that business. If I could give lower then 1 star I absolutely would...simply because of Dana. She barged in during my son's exam and demanded the coworker step outside. In the middle of his exam. Very unprofessional. She needs fired! Sorry NOT sorry

Michelle was AMAZING, she helped me pick out the perfect frame that fits my face. I tried on at least 10 pairs. If a frame didn't look right she definitely let me know lol. We had three that we both liked and narrowed it down to one that I loved which was not a frame I wouldn't have picked on my own, also worked in my budget. Amber did my eye exam and was so friendly. Assistance 10/10 highly recommend the ladies here are so welcoming and helpful.

To an amazing miss Michelle, you did an outstanding job helping me with my glasses and explaining to me everything I needed to know about my eyes an what would be best for me. She was the only employee there and still found time to make things happen. She was patient very nice and most of helpful. She should be acknowledged as an asset to Stanton optical. Tony R

The workers clearly dont want to be there. It wasnt even that busy and the woman doing the eye exams was rude and unhelpful. I brought in my prescription and was told I still need to do an exam for 90 dollars. That doesnt even make sense but okay. I ended up leaving after the woman behind the check-in counter (who was also doing the eye exams???) Was continuously rude and short with me. I didn't catch her name, but she clearly didnt want to be there and was taking it out on customers because she was rude to the people behind me as well. Their glasses are cheap and flimsy anyways. They advertise all these sales but you need to read the fine print. Two pairs of glasses for 90 dollars somehow turns into over 200 dollars. Youre not getting what you pay for. Dont waste your time or money here. Rude employees and cheaply made overpriced frames.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday, 2-10-26 for 9:30 on 2-11-26. I arrived a little after 9:00 a.m. to find store lights on but no one was there. I waited in the car along with another patient who had an appointment at 9:15 . We called the store several times, called their corporate office (who had NO clue as to why they weren't open). I waited until 10:00 a.m. and there were still multiple cars waiting and no workers in sight. I understand things come up but to not have any type of signage stating there was an issue or anything is highly unprofessional. I came from the Illinois side for this appointment and another customer stated they came from Blue Grass!

They do not have an Optometrist onsite. Was put in a room and did eye exam remotely. The guy that waited on was very nice. Glasses arrive I 7-10 days. When picking up was asked to try on only to find out that the correction was all wrong and couldn't read through them. The lady ask me to take them and try 1st thing in the Morning. I refused and she got huffy with me. I mentioned that I had never had a problem with Vision 4 Less. She smirked. Wouldn't recommend anyone go there. It's just shame.

Dana was wonderful. She helped me find the right glasses, lenses and everything that fit my insurance and budget. She was friendly and helpful and listened to my concerns. Amber is the technician who did my exam. I've been to multiple Stanton optical locations and I think Amber was the best tech I've seen so far. Thank you both for everything. I'd recommend them to anyone.
