Best exams ever and even looked at my dogs eyes so he'd be ok with them touching me. Ladies selling glasses sweet too Receptionists always helpful and pleasant. Last ones were too heavy and this pair is heaven.

Had a very bad eye infection & Dr. Borisuth got me in on a Friday morning Dr. Borisuth was very thorough and professional and explained my diagnosis and treatment. The staff was welcoming and efficient! Kathy Harvill

I'm a patient here. Called and asked to get a contact eye exam to be fitted for costume lenses. They said they would. I got there and wasted my insurance on the exam because the eye doctor said "I don't do that here of your goal is costume lenses, and I don't know anyone that would fit you for just costume lenses". She said she would fit one of my eyes that has bad vision, but I "still won't get my fun lenses because she's only doing one eye". I immediately went somewhere else where they happily obliged and were glad I'm doing costume lenses safely. Had to pay an extra $100 to get it done because my own doctor refused because she's against costume lenses, even from reputable dealers.

Horrible ph. customer service. I imagine if I proceeded to schedule an appt. I'd get like service; short- snippy receptionist or nurse, with a seasoned toned of being bothered, and that's if someone picksup and doesn't just hangup the ph!

If you are in wheel chair do not come to this place. I just had to open the door for a guy in a wheelchair since thos place has no handy cap doors no automatic on the outside or the inside. Avoid this place I will never do business with a place like this you guys SUCK!!

Tori greeted me & was more than happy to help me even though it was 745am & they didn't officially open till 8am. Arna was very helpful by offering to write down information on 2 glasses that I can choose between after my surgery. And Alicia did everything possible to try & get me a quick appointment with Dr. Borisuth. Dr. Setchell was so very thorough like she always is, plus took her time explaining what our next steps need to be. This Setchell Team really go above & beyond and work seemlessly together. I transferred here from another optometry office, thus I really appreciate what they do here. :-)

Virdi eye clinic indeed focuses on taking advantage of military veterans by scheduling appointments when their VA authorization isn't active. Off you attend this appointment they will charge you hundreds of dollars and send you to collections. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR VISION NEEDS
