Insight Vision

I have been going to Insight vision for years. The staff has always been friendly and Dr Hand has the best optmologist a person could ask for. He explains things where anyone can understand, super professional and does have a good sense of humor!

Dr. Albrecht, OD was awesome. I was lucky to find him. His staff was very helpful, especially when it came time to pick out my new prescription glasses.

I had an outstanding experience at Insight Vision. I had been going to other providers for over 20 years, but for the past 3-4 years my eyes were constantly dry with no real relief or consistent results. The team at Insight Vision focused on my specific problem and recommended trial plugs. After just two weeks, I noticed a dramatic improvement -- my vision is clear, my eyes no longer burn, and I can wear contacts again without issues. Now, I get to wear the permanent plugs and see them twice a year. I am incredibly grateful to the doctor and staff for their care and attention. This has truly been life-changing, especially being able to drive safely at night. I highly recommend Insight Vision to anyone struggling with dry eyes or similar vision concerns

Please, don't let Dr. Albrecht near your children. I posted a review after our experience over a year ago and it seems to have disappeared.

Everything about my first exam with Dr. Troy was very reassuring and comfortable. He has a magnetic personality that puts one at ease. His entire team were kind, welcoming and informative. While waiting for a few more tests, I zeroed in on a great pair of frames. I walked over, picked them up, tried them on and bought them. Never had that happen before after trying on oodles of frames. Insight was a great experience and have an appointment for next year.

Dr. Albrecht is very personable and friendly. He is thorough and takes time to get it right. He just helped me find a bifocal contact lens (which took a couple of tries that he happily went through with me) that gave me back my close reading vision without losing my distance vision. I wouldn't even know they are bifocal lenses!
