The optometrist gave me the wrong prescription, was not professional and was not eye doctor material at all. No point in getting other glasses there. He literally acted like he was just there to get a paycheck. As for the women that work there , they are amazing. They run that place.

I'd give it 0 if possible. Dr Hoke, great listens and does as needed no problems. Heidi, never had a problem. However I live out of town and it is sometimes a hassle with a busy schedule to come in and pick things up so I prefer mail or online ordering etc. the last few times have been NOTHING but a joke, listening is not a forte of 90% of the staff.

This eye center has a very rude employee who apparently has a racist streak. Twice she has completely ignored my husband to help others who arrived later. Today he called to make an appointment and she left him on hold for almost 10 minutes until he finally had enough and hung up. Don't worry about it sweetie, we won't be back.

I am so frustrated if I could give 0 stars I would. The doctor doesn't take the time with his patients 1, and 2 I got new lenses put in my frame and they don't fit in the frame I have gaps on the bottom of my glasses and everything is foggy! I could see better out of the lenses before this!

I have had 4 lenses made by this store over the years. TO THE TUNE OF OVER 1200 DOLLARS . My last pair of glasses was picked up late January. They are not right. I see more clearly with my old glasses. I tried to get used to the new. But apparently, after all the business I have given them, this won't be fixed. I am about 2 weeks past the guarantee time period. They offered to have me see the doctor again (my expense) and if necessary replace the lenses (my expense). 275 dollars of my expense. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE WALMART VISION CENTER AGAIN. I wishI could rate your service without any stars ar all.

This was my first time to Walmart eye care. I had told the eye doctor my current contact prescription. I just needed more contacts ordered. So by the time I ordered contacts, used up my last from my current contacts and tried them out I noticed I couldn't see as well out of my left eye. He actually decreased/lessened my prescription in my left eye. When I called in they said it had been past the time and I would have to pay for a whole new appointment and year worth of contacts.
