$220 for a routine eye exam (after the front desk claimed insurance would cover the whole thing)- twice the national average. $150 per pair of glasses for the one anti-glare coating you can't really go without. National norm is $40-90. I even ended up hitting a "your insurance will pay for this normally but if we get this deal to save you money, they actually cant contribute anything", which, if even true, is almost certainly using some deliberate loophole. Throughout the pricing process you can FEEL them trying to squeeze out every last cent and throw on additional charges, it feels super disingenuous with every "deal" they throw to end up costing you more. I get thats the case with any eye doctor but this is the worst I've seen. Even if you broke a pair every 6 months, this would be 6 years worth of glasses off Zenni or another online service. I cannot make this review scathing enough and recommend you go anywhere else. My total cost for one visit and $250 of frames (with a buy one, get one 50% off and $150 insurance coverage which, as mentioned, "couldnt be used" for this purchase) was roughly $900, after nearly 45 minutes of discussing with the clerk how to reduce this price. If I only got one pair, I would have saved whopping $120 of that, just for the record. Theres a lot of pricing magic going on here and NONE of it is putting money back in your pocket.

I really like this eye care center. It's easy to get an appointment and they are very thorough. I've been to two other eye docs in the area and this one had the best experience in finding contacts for my ever changing eyes.

The appt was good but the service for rebooking was a little slow two girls in the back were talking doing not thing but the one girl that was doing her job took a little to get to us then got our next visit booked

We have issues with this office every time we go in. If it's not insurance, it's billing or needing to provide several forms/documents about my insurance. If you have 2 insurances, don't even think about it. I am severely disappointed that things are not communicated with me prior to the exam. Most of the time it takes about 20-30 minutes for them to check my daughters in and then when they finally go back, they take about 2 minutes and then we spend the next 30 working with the front desk about the billing and insurance for the 50th time. I suggest finding a different Optometrist that is not at this location.
