Toso Family Eye Care

I cannot recommend Toso Family Eye Care enough! Excellent doctor and excellent staff that show they really care about you. Cayenne has gone above and beyond in helping me find the perfect frames as I am super picky. 10/10 all around!

We drove all the way from the Wichita area to see Dr. Toso upon the recommendation of a family member. My husband and I both needed exams and I needed new glasses. All of the staff members we interacted with were super nice and friendly. The nice young man that administered some of the tests was very thorough and explained everything he was testing for. Dr. Toso was very thorough as well, answered questions, and made recommendations on home treatments for my husband's eye. The young man (different from the first) that helped me pick out my new frames was so very patient! He never got frustrated with me and my indecision. Finally I picked out a pair and I am so happy with them. I highly recommend Toso Eye Care!

I believe Dr Toso is an excellent doctor. I love going there. However, there is a staff member....that comes across very uncaring....talks too fast. Does not care. I hope Dr Toso calls me personally so I can talk to her about this. This staff member is too busy to care about you, however, I bought new frames and lenses for$750.00. She took that quick! Then she ordered wrong. I am still waiting for my new glasses

New patient this year and after working in a corporate eye doctor office what a fresh of breath air to experience a more locally home town feel office. The whole experience of getting my yearly exam with purchase of glasses was so pleasant. I highly recommend going here if your looking for laid back friendly service. They don't try to sell you more than you need just overall good eye care!

Went to get a eye exam and new glasses. Staff seemed surprised that a person of color was walking thru there door. Then I specifically ask the lady in billing if my healthcare plan was accepted there. She informs me that she verified it they my insurance and yes they accept it. So I get thru the appt wait seven days ony new glasses. Then when ai call to inquire on if the new glasses are ready, the receptionist informs me that there is a insurance issue. So I speak with the lady in billing again. She's uncaring snotty and acting like it's my fault. So I speak with Dr Toso and she explains that there is a "sunflower plan certification" thing going on, and that she is not certified with them yet, so only a small percentage of my cost would be covered. WTH! I was appalled not only did they waisted a huge amount of my time, them they had the nerve to send me a $20 bill for some fee. Poor, poor, poor customer service all the way around, and the doctor should be ASHAMED but of course she probably thinks she's right because she feel privileged. I wouldn't recommend this eyecare place to anyone.

Due to my optometrist retirement a few years ago I have had difficulty finding a Doctor. Doctor Toso is the best. Yesterday I had such eye pain and today I feel okay. I don't know if the eye "bandaid" is great. Thank you Dr. Toso.

After an Insurance issue started the appointment off on a rocky road. Dr Toso stepped up and it turned into a very pleasant appointment. Insurance is still a problem but it's the Insurance Company no the Dr.'s office. Thanks Dr. Toso and staff.

super helpful. Was having trouble with my glasses I bought from somewhere else..wasnt getting any help there. Never even seen Toso before, but the front desk girls worked on my glasses and then had the doctor look at them too and she fixed me up.
