I am not too happy with Dr Easter's office! The company that I work for provides us with safety glasses. The turnaround time is unbelievable when I place the order they didn't tell me that the frames were unavailable at the time. Our company pays good money for these glasses. When I spoke with the lady this morning she acted like she wanted just to get me off the phone! The first pair I got from them broke within Less Than 3 months right at the hinge. They had them repaired for the first time and also they broke as well within a month. I really don't like to write bad reviews but this is clearly unacceptable. The problem here is that they're the only ones that are located in Independence, KS. I just wish they would get some other vendor to get our glasses!

High priced. Horrible customer service. Won't stand by their products. Will never go back and would recommend others to stay far away. If i could give minus 5 stars I would!
Glasses they wanted $150 for plus tax, i just ordered for $53 no tax and free shipping!
