Twice now they sent me a text about my glasses. Once for when they first came in, never got the text. Next time because they had to replace the lenses because of scratches. I finally called them, and they said they sent a text over a week ago. They Nevered followed up on why I didn't respond to the text. They blamed me, because I might have them blocked, no way!! I think I'm done with with this outfit. Don't recommend them.

Dr can't seem to get my husband's prescription for his glasses right and keeps sending him home for a week to get used to them...twice now. Second time was with eyedrops, that didn't do a thing. Still wrong prescription. He can see better with no glasses at this point. Very frustrated. It's like pulling teeth to her to admit that she screwed his prescription up and just give him a new prescription. He did not like frames, so he is going to use his old frames. They said no refund on frames! What a crock! You have a guarantee.

Doctor Easter is the best. She got right on my glacoma instead of passing over it like the other doctors did. However when I ordered my lens there the week to ten days turned into 3 weeks. Then when edging the lens the machine slipped, as it does from time to time, is what I was told. So now we are waiting again. Next time I think I will just take my script else where. The staff was great however. I will be using Dr Easter again just not their place for glasses.
