District Eyecare

I've been going to these guys for the past couple years now. If you want an eye doctor, that will actually listen to you go here!!! I have been through what feels like 1 million eye surgeries, The doctor I did go to Was not listening to my request and just pushed me off to the side. I have been going To multiple appointments just so I will be able to have clear vision. I went to my eye doctor appointment with district eyecare today and Dr.Kessler Got me fixed up today. These guys will forever have my business. I don't remember the young lady's name But she was so sweet with helping me pick out which glasses look good on me love her to pieces!!!!!

Great customer service is alive and great at District Eyecare! Jana the manager went to work with the manufacturer who was not going to warrant my two 6 month old clip on sun glasses (each pair one of the magnet connectors fell off). She did not try to pass on the $300 charge and backed the warranty of District Eyecare. I now have two new pair of sunglasses!!! Thank you for taking care of my serious situation. Jana and the team are A+!

This is such a great place for your eye care needs!! I was having trouble with my eyes and Dr. Kessler wasn't in office the specific day I called and STILL gave me a call to discuss what was happening with my eyes - that very much eased me for the rest of the day. The front desk is super welcoming, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend working with this clinic!

Horrible experience. The appointment began with the doctor falsely claiming a new contact lens brand was the same as my preferred one, despite having my records in front of him. When I pointed out the discrepancy, he dismissed my concerns. He then ignored my history of issues with his preferred brand, such as the contacts rolling up and tearing. Instead of addressing these valid concerns, he insisted I use his chosen brand, even going so far as to claim I would "go blind" if I didn't comply. This was particularly alarming given my 20+ years of experience as a contact lens wearer. He also implied I didn't understand the complexities of contact lenses, which was both condescending and inaccurate. Beyond the contact lens issue, the doctor made a hard sell for a $1200 treatment, promising it would restore eye moisture and eliminate "crow's feet," while claiming it was the "best price in town." When I declined, his reaction suggested he thought I was irrational. The appointment ended abruptly when he stated he wouldn't treat someone who "refuses to take care of their eyes," implying I was being negligent for not agreeing to his recommendations. He then said he would cancel the insurance claim. As I was putting my old contacts back in, he made an unsolicited and inappropriate comment about "residue" in my contact case, implying I was unclean. To make matters worse, after I accidentally dropped and lost my origianl contact, he only offered a four-day supply of his preferred brand, knowing full well it would take me several weeks to find another provider. This leaves me without corrective lenses for an extended period, which is a significant inconvenience and reflects a complete lack of concern for my well-being. Throughout the appointment, the doctor exhibited unprofessional and narcissistic devaluing tactics whenever I tried to ask questions or share my experiences regarding his suggested treatments and prescriptions. The supporting staff, however, appeared to be kind and professional.

I 100% would recommend. From the front desk staff to Dr. Kessler thoroughly explaining everything to me. The staff member that did my eye exam was so nice and she explained everything before she did it. I was so nervous to pick out glasses and the girl that helped me pick them out made me feel so comfortable and confident. Thank you all. Everyone was so personable.

A continued review from my last contact. The frame store with District Eye, serviced my needs with great respect. My issue was remedied quickly, with no charge. I may not agree with some policies, but my experience met my expectations of customer service. Thank you

Such a wonderful place with the most AMAZING staff! The girls at the front counter were so sweet and helpful. Office manager treats her staff and patients with respect and Dr. Joe is very thorough and a caring doctor!

Staff and Doctor are welcoming, super knowledgeable and overall amazing!! I've gotten my routine eye exam here for years and I've purchased 3 pairs of glasses, and plan to get more :)
