i used the dr for an annual prescription in may. i got glasses in december and the prescription was not working for me. the optical folks suggested that i contact the optometrist since the prescription was significantly lower than the previous year and they would remake. i contacted the dr who would only see me if i paid for an additional visit even though the initial prescription she gave me and i paid for didn't work. i would highly discourage folks from using this dr.
