Insights Eyecare

I have used Insights Eyecare for their glasses for my grandchildren and have been very happy with them for their eyewear selection for kids. Yesterday I had an appointment for MY eyes with Dr. Sheena Nagaraja. I can say that this was the most amazing and informative appointment I've had in years (moved from Kansas City five years ago). I learned more about my eyes and how to take care of them within that appointment. Already I've seen great improvement with the over the counter drops that were suggested for allergies and eye dryness. I highly recommend Insights for your eye care. Our eyes are so important and this is the place in Manhattan, Ks where you can get great care (and terrific eye glasses too)!

I am very pleased with my eye care with Dr. Nagaraja. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly! The office is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I recently moved my eye care to Insights eyecare and was seen by Dr. Nagaraja. From the minute I entered the place I noticed how professional and efficient they were. They had a very convenient online patient intake form which I filled out prior to coming and then it took less than a minute for them to take me inside for initial testing. Once that was done Dr. Nagaraja saw me and made me very comfortable. As any normal person( maybe) I don't like things that are that close to my eye, but she distracted me the whole time while conducting her exam.... Before I knew it she was done. She prepared me well for what I should expect with dilated pupils and even gave me extra dark shades to wear under my Sun glasses. She then took me to her optician and even helped me choose a pair of frames that would best suit my face!! I never felt compelled or forced to buy anything, but their selection of frames were so diverse and fun, I had to get 2. When the frames were ready, they texted me and had me come pick it up, within a week! All in all it was the best experience you could expect at a doctors office!

Dr. Klopfenstein's level of care and attention is second to none. I have worn glasses since childhood and have never received the high quality service offered at this company anywhere else. Sarah takes great care of approval for visits so that my insurance portion is always covered. The entire staff is great at covering reminders and updates. The staff definitely takes the time to connect with the customer. These professionals show that they love their job and are ready to serve. Thank you Insights!

Entire office is just plain amazing. Shout-out to Dr. K, Lindsey, and Sara for always going above and beyond for me and my kiddo's patient care and needs. Look forward to coming into the office with their warm and welcoming faces. I couldn't ask for a better team that's also beautiful and and super knowledgeable. They all rock !

I have been coming to Insights for over 10 years and no one else compares in level of customer service, attention to detail and expertise. Doctor K is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Her staff is awesome at everything they do, billing, appointments picking out frames, repair and adjustments. I will not go anywhere else for my eye care needs.

Fast service, check in and didn't wait more then 2 minutes before getting the appointment going. Dr. K is great, caring and knowledgeable.
