Every part of my experience was a positive one! From scheduling over the phone to visiting in person. The front staff and the eye doctor were all so friendly and kind. I honestly cant tell you the last time i had such a friendly experience in healthcare. And I also had to bring along my kiddos and everyone was so kind to them the whole time!

Oh my goodness! The Staff is so friendly & understanding! Dr Jueneman was very thorough & patient. She explained everything so nicely. And I've never been able to choose my new Glasses this quickly, can't wait for them to arrive, so that I can see again, properly! Thank You for a great Experience!

Called for an emergency appointment because my daughter got something in her eye and it was really bothering her. They got us in right away, she did indeed have something in there, the Dr removed it and prescribed her an ointment. Everyone in the office was so friendly and kind. I'm going to continue using them for all our optometry needs, they were great!

The staff is very kind but I've used glasses and contacts majority of my life and I've never had to jump through so many hoops just to order contacts and glasses. I've been able to obtain my prescription for both and order from places other than where I had my exam done but every time I went to order the clinic would deny my prescription through places like 1800 contacts. I finally just decided to pay more and order from the clinic, they then told me I could only order one brand of contacts that I had trialed and didn't like. When I asked to change the brand of contacts they told me I had to come in and get another exam since it had been 6 months since my previous exam which didn't make much since seeing how exams are typically good for one year. Again the staff is very kind and helped as much as they could but it just seems kinda wild all of this just to order contacts and not be able get them lol.

Dr. Trabuc was amazing. So knowledgeable, informative, and encouraging. I am so grateful I found this clinic!
