We are regular customers of Walmart vision center and always got good services and behavior from the manager, Lauren or another old lady. Recently I purchased a new glass and had to change it due to severe adjustment issues. Walmart has 60 days policies to replace the glasses and the manager Kayla asked me to get an authorization number from my insurance or else they will need 6-8 weeks to process through my insurance. This evening I just called to let them to continue the process since I couldn't hold my insurance after 2 days repeated calling. I was surprised to get such irresponsible, mannerless behavior from the vision center employee named Hannah! I am not going to order any glasses from Walmart in near future.

Went to get my daighters glasses repaired. There was only one person working. And he was with someone. He offered to have us leave the glasses with him and he would get them fixed when he finished with the customer. We did our shopping. An hour passed. We went back and he was still with a customer. Then he proceeded to go to the lady who was waiting at the counter instead of taking five minutes to put a new screw into the frame. I'm so glad we paid the extra money for the warranty so I can repair her glasses at home.

super stupid store. The woman there was very impolite. I bought an expensive frame at the store, but I found there are defects on the plastic parts of the frame on the third day, and I went to the store at the 6th day. She refused me without checking the frame and said no. I have to buy glue to join the plastics.

I broke my glasses saturday afternoon it was 6:35pm when i got to walmart they closed at 7pm they went above and beyond to try and fix them, they said they where open sunday 11 to 4 and they would call , they did by 12noon and i had complete new frames very fast , friendly, and professional services, thank you
