Dr. Crawford and his staff were very friendly and professional. I had a very short wait time and everyone answered all my questions and concerns about my eyes. They didn't force me to get new glasses or to wear contacts!!! My second visit was for an eye infection. Dr. Crawford sent me hope with eye wipes and instructions for my eye care. I recently visited Crawford and Wltmer Family Eye Care center. I was in the market for new glasses. I am not lying when I say, 10 minutes later I walked out of the office excited about my new glasses and thrilled that they were able to pull all of my insurance information. It was the fastest experience yet so efficient. The staff was amazing and found exactly what I was looking for immediately. They pulled all the information, took my measurements and had me on my way. I cannot rave enough about that visit.

A very pleasant experience today for my annual check up. I was impressed by the cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere in the waiting room and examination room office. The staff greeted me with smiling eyes (as they were wearing masks). Dr. Crawford has such a pleasant and kind way with patients. He's not in a hurry and takes the time to listen. A thorough eye exam! Miriam was so sweet and helpful as I picked out my frames for glasses and my contact lenses. I'm so thankful for them as my Eye Care Providers!

PROS: Professional. On time - even doing paperwork as I first time patient, they got me right in and I didn't wait. Checkout was fast & uncomplicated. Everyone was friendly. Also, the practice took our vision insurance and we're in-network for us. Because of that, my son went there and so did my daughter. The first time contact wearer class that my daughter attended was 1:1 with Linda and was a great experience for my girl! We will be back for our next visit.

The wife and I have been going to Dr's Weltmer and Crawford for many years. We have always had a great experience. The staff has been very nice to work with, courteous and helpful. I just cannot believe some of the negative reviews I have read. I love the fact that this is a one-stop service from exam to eye ware. Speaking of exams, I have always been impressed with the modern nature of the equipment used by the doctors and their helpers. The scans produced from year to year helped us and the doctors see the progression of how our eyes were aging. We still go here for our annual exams and do highly recommend to all.

This has been my eye doc for decades. Dr."Still got 'em" Weltmer is well known in the community and a very good doc. I've also had great care with Dr. Crawford, and most recently, had an exam with Dr. Dorsey. She is excellent and very friendly. I'd go to any one of them. The office staff was so helpful in picking frames and helping me use my vision benefits to the greatest advantage. I highly recommend this office, staff and doctors included.
