I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Bozsa. From the moment I walked in, the entire appointment felt organized, comfortable, and professional. The exam itself was extremely thorough, and she took the time to explain everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully and patiently.
Dr. Bozsa is not only knowledgeable and confident in her expertise, but she also has a calm and reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in providing high-quality care. I left my appointment feeling confident in my eye health and appreciative of the attention to detail she provides.
I would highly recommend Dr. Bozsa to anyone looking for a skilled, attentive, and compassionate optometrist.

Dr. and staff seemed dismissive when presented with some of my vision issues. Offered minimal followups and lazy remedies. Didn't feel well attended to at all. Found significantly better care at other providers.

The doctors here are fabulous, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They blow up your phone to confirm your appointment, including making auto appointments electronically (not a fan). When my glasses came in, no one called me. I finally called to check and it will be almost a week before I can pick up my glasses due to work schedules and holiday hours. Also, they are definitely not the cheapest in town. I would expect better customer service from a doctor's office that charges a premium for their services.

I tried to call to make an appointment. The call center makes it extremely hard to get ahold of anyone in the store. It took 5 minutes for the call center to answer. Then transfer me to the wrong location. Why have a number on your web page if it's just going to go into the middle of nowhere. I also called at 2:00 on a Tuesday

Be sure to get a breakdown of your bill! I didn't ask for a warranty. I wasn't told that I'd be charged extra for a warranty. I wasn't even told that I had a warranty, or what it might cover. This sketch place charged me $90 for crap that almost went unnoticed.

From the front office all the way thru the experience... I have nothing but good things to say. Garrett at the front desk is great at his job, and the young lady that ran my insurance ( I didnt get her name ) took the time to get the best deal for my insurance - and even price matched in order bring down my out of pocket cost. It is rare to get such great customer service anymore. Kudos! AND... Dr. Bozsa is wonderful and easy to talk to as well.

I'm 23 and have been coming here since my preteen years. I've never once had a bad experience. I've seen a few different drs and every one has been patient and kind. Receptionists are always nice and helpful! I even lived in Lawrence for a few years and would drive back every year for my annual eye exam. Would absolutely recommend!!
