Loved this place. I wish I would have found Dr. Hemphill years ago! She was knowledgeable about her profession and homeopathic and natural remedies. Totally personal and takes time to go over your concerns. She even did extra by letting my kids come in the exam room with me and made them feel comfortable while watching me get my full exam. Thank you for not being one of those corporate places with inexperienced doctors that you pay a fortune for. Whew! Loved this practice.

Everyone at Olathe Family Vision is very kind and good at their jobs. People at the desk are polite and efficient. Technicians are well-qualified and explain the tests they are administering, as well as telling you what will not be covered by insurance and what will. Dr. Wayne Hemphill gives a thorough exam and does a great job of explaining what he is doing and why as well as a good overview of my vision health. I never feel pressured to get a new prescription for those slight changes that happen.

I called a couple of times to check on my glasses. The second time the girl who answered the phone was snarky. She told me that it takes time, and my glasses will be ready when they're ready. They will let me know, and stop calling basically. I finally received a text message about my glasses being ready. I go to pick them up, and the person who is fitting them for me apologizes because my glasses were sent with the wrong lenses. They had to be sent back, and redone which was never told to me. By anyone. I'll choose another eye Dr.

I hadn't had new glasses in over a dozen years, and so I really wasn't sure what to expect from a new exam. Both the medical technician and doctor were great, and the the office person went above and beyond to help me find two pairs of frames....I must have tried on 50 pair before I finally decided on the ones I wanted... and bless her heart, she was great through the entire process! And finally... My new glasses were ready for pick up much earlier than expected!
