This is the best optometrist office I've ever visited. I've now been visiting them annually for several years. My latest visit (earlier today) was one to set the standard. Across the board everyone was so helpful and friendly. Previously I've only ever purchased contacts. Today I was guided through the selection and purchase of new eyeglasses by a wonderfully pleasant lady with a wealth of knowledge. Great experience!

I have been seeing Dr Rodriguez for 4 years and every experience has been great. I've called the office on a few different occasions about scheduling appointments and different questions regarding ordering contacts. Matt, the Office Manager has been very helpful in answering anuestions and works hard to come up with a solution for whatever you're facing. I've had a great experience here and will keep coming back.

I've been seeing The Eye Doctors for my eye care, and every visit has been excellent! The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. They take the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and genuinely cares about my eye health. The office is clean, modern, and runs efficiently--appointments always start on time. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring eye doctor! The tech rushed me through the process in order to talk about her interests. The doctor did not have anything to say about the fact that my right eye is not focusing at long distances when it was previously even with glasses. I felt like I was rushed out the door with no answers besides a very slight prescription change. And my insurance did not pull properly despite the fact that I've literally been there before so I left with no glasses and without all of the prescription information that I asked for. The people at the front desk were also gossiping very rudely with customers in the building. It was obvious that no one read my chart thoroughly as it was mentioned multiple times that I'd been there last year (2025) when I had not been there in 2025. And to top it all off they didn't even bill my appointment through the insurance that they quite literally already had on file. All in all it was a very poor show of character from everyone in the building and I do not plan to return.

The office has a poor communication system. I was wrongly charged for an optional test that I declined, and also charged the wrong amount for a standard exam. I discovered these errors when I received a "good faith estimate" email that came AFTER my appointment, stating my expected cost was much lower (almost half) than what I paid earlier that day.
I called the office multiple times, left multiple messages, was told I had to speak with Matt (but he was never available), had to wait several days to even get ahold of anyone able or willing to help me.
In the end, they made it right and I was given a refund but it was very frustrating to say the least, and Matt never called me back.
