Dr. Reiling was wonderful! She answered my questions and made my first eye appointment very easy. She worked her magic and I will be able to see much better. I then met with Linda to get my glasses and she was incredible! She was very friendly, helpful, and made all the insurance stuff make sense. I loved her energy! I really enjoyed my experience at Blue Valley Eyecare; also it was my very first time having my eyes checked at 46, which I am grateful for!! Thank you to everyone at Blue Valley Eyecare for making my experience wonderful! I am excited to get my new glasses!!

I just had a VERY unpleasant experience at Dr Reiling's office with Linda, one of her employees who takes care of getting you new glasses. This is not my first experience like this with Linda. I am seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere if I have to continue dealing with her.

Dr. Reiling is great! She took time to understand me as a patient and was very reassuring with her answers to my questions.

Linda and the rest of the staff were amazing and kind. My son had a 9am appointment and we were in and out in under an hour. Very awesome experience. Thanks you.

I went to Blue Valley Eye Care for a appointment as a new patient. The staff here is incredible knowledgeable and friendly. It was the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Laura helped me find a frame and went through all the options in regards to the type of lens I could get. I would highly recommend this place, they are very personable and friendly.

A young nice lady with short black hair ( I wish i had asked her for her name) at the front desk was helping me with my contacts training, She was wonderful and very patient with me.Some rude lady in scrubs came a few times, kept looking at my paper work and asked if i had already had training. It's my first time ever visiting an eye doctor, why would i ask for training if i knew what to do? The doctor and the rest of the staff were good. The lady that helped me pick out my glasses was good and knowledgeable.

I went to Blue Valley Eye Care because a friend of mine recommended the lady that does the glasses Laura. When I walked in, the girl was on her phone, and never looked up at me. After waiting several minutes to be acknowledged i finally asked to speak to Laura. They told me she wasn't there and they would not tell me anything to help me find her. The new glasses lady is inexperienced and arrogant. She was trying on glasses and looking at herself! Very odd.i later found Laura working at Blue Valley Vision just down at 135th and Antioch.

Despite the good experience I had with the optometrist, I would give this place zero stars if I could. The sales clerk dragged out the whole process of buying glasses by adding every nickel and dime on paper by hand to make me feel rushed me into agreeing for this add on and that add on. It's a brilliant sales tactic to literally do hand math to get people to feel rushed and just agree with you. For the glasses and prescription I purchased, the timing of it could not be worse because I said while in the store that I was moving out of state in a few weeks and they assured me it would be done by then, but it wasn't, so when I called to give them my address to ship the glasses, the sales clerk had the audacity to say that she forgot to add an additional $60 charge (not including shipping). In other words, I couldn't get my glasses until I paid for something I supposedly didn't pay for already! I also realized that they made me pay full price for the floor model instead of sending me a new pair! It was still covered in markings she made in store on the glass, which means I bought a used pair of glasses for full price. The glasses also have chipped areas along the nose ridge, which I'm sure is from being dropped by people in the store. Between what they charged me and my insurance, it was more than 700 dollars! I am baffled that they can keep a straight face and do what they did to me. Worse of all, the actual prescription is terrible. Despite paying for every possible upgrade, the glare is terrible even indoors and my eyes can't stay focused on anything because of it. A $20 dollar pair of glasses from Amazon I used for a year has a better coating than these $700 glasses.
