Brookside optical is the best place for eyewear. The experience was amazing Nick and Joe really know there stuff. They have a nice variety to suit your needs and they are one of a kind. So if you want to experience an amazing service for your eyewear needs I would highly recommend you go see Nick at the Overland Park location or Joe at the prairie village you will not be disappointed.

I stopped in to get a new pair of glasses and was helped by Nick. He picked a pair and set them on the counter for me to try. I looked around a bit and tried on several frames, but ultimately came back and selected his first choice. He really listened to what I was looking for, even though I didn't know for sure what that was. I walked out with two new pairs of glasses ordered. Plus, he was fun to work with! Thanks Nick!

Honestly, I've had progressives before and could not adjust to them. I got progressives at Brooksidein Overland Park, put them on and wore them all day inside and out with no trouble. The frames are fun and different. The service was top drawer. Thanks, Nick. I'll be back!

I have been wearing glasses for 40 years. Without a doubt, the glasses I recently purchased from Brookside are the best I've ever owned. The visual clarity of the lenses surpasses anything I've had before, and the frames match-up perfectly with the lenses. I was so impressed with these glasses that I purchased an identical second pair with transition lenses. I also have to say that Joe was excellent throughout the process. I'm a firm believer in the old saying that "you get what you pay for" . Although Brookside is not the cheapest place to buy eye wear in town, I can't imagine a better experience or outcome anywhere else. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Was looking at buying from one of their competitors before I found these guys. Went to the competitor 3 times and still couldn't pull the trigger. Found Brookside and decided to stop in. The atmosphere was completely different but in a good way. I loved that I wasn't looked at like a $ sign but as a customer. Nick was a huge help and didn't pressure me at all. He actually advised me to shop the competition but there was no need. I was sold on the product and the experience. On top of that, he had my lenses ready in 20 minutes as opposed to a week at the other place. Just went back today and got some more! I 100% recommend this location!

I love Brookside Optical. I get the most interesting and up-to-date style of eye glasses at Brookside. In fact, rarely a day goes by that I do not get some type of compliment on my eye glasses. The sales staff is outstanding. Nick gives an honest opinion and is quite talented at helping pick out the right pair of glasses. I will not go anywhere else to shop for my glasses.

I bought my last two pair of glasses at Brookside Optical. After wearing the first pair for 5 1/2 years I reluctantly decided that it was time to get a new pair. Reluctant, because I loved these glasses and constantly received compliments on them. After picking another pair of glasses out at BO, I asked if I could get new lenses in pair #1. I now alternate the two pair and get compliments on both. It really makes a difference when you buy quality frames. After owning pair #2 for a year, I went in to BO to get them adjusted. The man helping me did not like the way that the lenses fit in the frame, so he sent them back (after a year) and had new lenses installed in the glasses. That is customer service.
